    In the anatomy portion you forgot to mention the triceps as a contracting muscle. The play more of a role than the biceps because whenever the elbow is in extension the triceps are contracting.

    • @footballfantomas
      @footballfantomas 3 роки тому

      Exactly. Even tho his hand position is in supinated position, where the tension could transfer into biceps bit more, but still the main muscle in brachium should be triceps.

    Ayo yall showing me the pseudo planche progression, but no one makes a detailed tutorial about it. I know i do it wrong because when i try to do it it's either too hard and my legs contract because they cant hold it anymore or too easy and i pump out like 20 pseudo planche push ups easy peasy. Then when we get to the moment of doing a tucked planche, i lift of the ground and what, i lean and i die. My shoulders ain't gonna rotate like that. I have base level strenght of 17 pull ups, 20 dips, 30 push ups.

    I am 170cm and 70kg. I have been doing the planche exercises almost every day, but still in the basic tuck of 8 seconds. Can't do an advanced tuck even for a second. What timescales would you put on me getting advanced tuck, then straddle, then full? Be as brutally honest as you need.

    • @kkcalisthenics3069
      @kkcalisthenics3069 4 роки тому +1

      first of all, i would really not recommend to train planche everyday, because then your muscles do not have enough time to recover. i would recommend 2-3 times a week. obviously it is different for each person, but planche can take a few months to maybe two years.

    • @kkcalisthenics3069
      @kkcalisthenics3069 4 роки тому

      i think your goal right now should be to get about 20 sec tuck, and then start focusing more on advanced tuck.

    • @Eric.Bodrenok
      @Eric.Bodrenok 4 роки тому

      Yeah bro I was in your same position a few weeks ago and what I did was I held the tuck planche for 8 seconds for 3 sets and tried 9,8,8 the next workout. Then 9,9,8. I kept doing this until I increased to 22 seconds. Now I just keep practicing extending my legs in a GTG manor and I am approaching 3 sec adv tuck

    • @Superpowerjoker
      @Superpowerjoker 2 роки тому

      For me it took 8 months to reach straddle planche from zero, and 1,5 years to reach full planche from straddle

      Don't give up.
      Tuck planche mastery is the hardest part. After that, when you achieve straddle planche, you will have more motivation for full planche
