Mindblowing.

Can this progress help with the planche a lot
2.50 упражнение просто бомба. Буду тренировать его как основное.
In the anatomy portion you forgot to mention the triceps as a contracting muscle. The play more of a role than the biceps because whenever the elbow is in extension the triceps are contracting.
Exactly. Even tho his hand position is in supinated position, where the tension could transfer into biceps bit more, but still the main muscle in brachium should be triceps.
does planche really work all those muscles? I don't really feel it, mainly my shoulders.
I got a question... what about dorsal in that movement? isn't stimulated during the planche??
Incrível.
Gratidão.
Vou treinar.
I prefer to do these with push up bars but I must admit doing them with hands on the floor looks better imo
Exelente...
I feel like I can't planche without parralets or bars it feels pain in my hands fingers without 2 bars am I normal?
very goog routine
Super 👍👍👍👍👍
Hi I am from Mexico. I'm interested your training program, I want to buy it, is there anyway to purchase in Mexico

Praise the LORD for cool fitness routines!
I guess I have a tear in my right Serratus Anterior because i get a sharp pain there when trying the beginner moves to planche.
in anatomy where are core muscles
like abs and so on
he does the handstand to train for planche. i wanna train planche to be able to go in handstand from this position xD
For handstand you need to train balance and not strength.
As every human naturally has the strength for handstand
Yeah, what i see is planche need our entire muscle
for use in daily life/ daily life movements- what is it useful for? Thanks
keep your body absolutely strong ,while attracting others with Your plump muscles
What can I do instead of planche lean and planche lean pushups? My shoulder can't handle the lean right now. Needs to recovery like a few weeks.
0:05 That's the cleanest form Planche I've ever seen :O

How does a video with almost 1 million views have only 4 comments?
Explain
830k views and only 3 comments?
Wait... over 440k views, but 4 comments?? How is that possible?
Anyways, working on this move :)
Basically have every muscle in you body
The background music is too loud.
Ayo yall showing me the pseudo planche progression, but no one makes a detailed tutorial about it. I know i do it wrong because when i try to do it it's either too hard and my legs contract because they cant hold it anymore or too easy and i pump out like 20 pseudo planche push ups easy peasy. Then when we get to the moment of doing a tucked planche, i lift of the ground and what, i lean and i die. My shoulders ain't gonna rotate like that. I have base level strenght of 17 pull ups, 20 dips, 30 push ups.
Lvl Batman
Про широчайшие мышцы, большие и малые круглые забыл.
어쩐지 플란체하면 전완근에도 자극 오던데
HOly shit ; I wanna do that shit soon
WHAT ABOUT THE ABDOMINAL MUSCLES???
Why are there no comments here wtf
It's probably quicker to mention the upper body muscles not involved
А где пах?
Isn't this a maltese? I'm confused
У парня не длинные! Так легче.
I am 170cm and 70kg. I have been doing the planche exercises almost every day, but still in the basic tuck of 8 seconds. Can't do an advanced tuck even for a second. What timescales would you put on me getting advanced tuck, then straddle, then full? Be as brutally honest as you need.
first of all, i would really not recommend to train planche everyday, because then your muscles do not have enough time to recover. i would recommend 2-3 times a week. obviously it is different for each person, but planche can take a few months to maybe two years.
i think your goal right now should be to get about 20 sec tuck, and then start focusing more on advanced tuck.
Yeah bro I was in your same position a few weeks ago and what I did was I held the tuck planche for 8 seconds for 3 sets and tried 9,8,8 the next workout. Then 9,9,8. I kept doing this until I increased to 22 seconds. Now I just keep practicing extending my legs in a GTG manor and I am approaching 3 sec adv tuck
For me it took 8 months to reach straddle planche from zero, and 1,5 years to reach full planche from straddle
Almost all the muscles😂😂
:-D all
Bent arms, they have to be locked
i cant fucking do it.its been 8 months .i cant even hold a tuck planche
Don't give up.
Tuck planche mastery is the hardest part. After that, when you achieve straddle planche, you will have more motivation for full planche
Where is my skin? Where it gone?
Gluteus maxmus lol
bad music
banana
Homeboy is no beginner
Bent arm.
Wierd flex but ok
LOL the leg work NOOO Other wise people does not skip leg days in callisthenics
This would have been a great video if the editing wasn't so poor. Seriously man that writing on screen is atrocious.
one of the greatest planche video I've ever seen
