We had a power cut so as I was unable to reset the time I switched the power off for a couple of hours. Then resetting worked!

The arrows are for the timer, press the clock symbol again and you should return to the clock set program,The model shown is a Bosch HBN331E4B

Hi I pre-heat it to 350F for 15 - 20 mins and it is at the correct temperature. But when I place baking tray in the oven the temperature drops to around 275F , and I need to adjust to high to 200F to raise up . My baking was not cooked in the centre . Do you have any suggestions please let me know.Thank you 🙏🙏

Please help! That right pointing arrow, when I press the clock sign I have 3 different times all with that arrow before I get to my clock, and I can't change the clock time. The oven also defaults to showing.me the time with the arrow...

Do you (or anybody) by any chance know what menu does it switches to when you hold the time button for ~5 seconds? Because that's what I did instead. It shows c11. You can switch it by pressing time again to c22 and c32. And you can change things a bit with + and - buttons, i.e., c11 can be changed to c12. You can exit that menu by holding time button again until it switches back to time. If that were like error codes or something, why does it allow switching them? Must be something else then.

I'm gonna call them tomorrow. btw, I have a different model - a serie 4 electric stove (HCA644260R) and it turned out to have a separate button for setting time - the one I thought was for setting an alarm.

We just moved into our house and it has this oven but the screen is flashing the clock symbol, 3 zeros and h, min, and kg to the right side of the zeros, when I press and hold the clock button, it reads F5 kg and has a right arrow, anyone know what this means? When I let go of the clock button it goes back to flashing the first screen
