Here in Denmark We learn English and German in School. But as you say, when you dont speak it often, you forget a lot. My English is better than German, so I prefer to talk and write in English.

LOL I'm understanding a bit of the German, I took it in High School, because I had a friend from Bremen Germany. I had asked my friend some German recipes, & I remember it had knockwurst & bread & she put it in the oven, but I don't remember what it was called. I'm LOVING the cooking with your family!
