Honestly ive never greased the axle bolts or the shock bolt and have never had any issues with wear. And ive never had them seize to where i cant get them out so ive never really considered doing it. Honestly i only take care of my vehicles my bmx bike, and my gas bikes like that 😆 ill get a new tub of grease asap and start doing it. And thank you for the sub! About as solid as a surron, stock gearing will only allow 53mph and yes it feels stable. I'm able to easily fit it in the back of my jeep renegade but that's a small size suv.
hey brandon my name is gage and i have a mototec and i was having sum troubles with it so i got an 52v battery from amazon and i also got an controller kit from there and so everything is hooked up and its going slower than stock speed its only going 21.8mph and i was wondering if u know how to fix that and i have a new motor but its to big.
I just bought one used and the panels are ziptied with no bolts to unscrew. I need to charge it so do I have to cut the zip ties and replace them?? The seller won’t respond to me and I only road it once. Please help! Thank you
Depends on the battery that it has. The b1 battery connects to the charge port on the right side under the sear. If it's a different battery than you'll need to figure that out.
If you want something to play with out of the box the mototec is alot of fun and does around 20-25. Eventually your gonna want to gut it and put a good battery and controller in it. That's where the b1 comes into play, it's a rolling chassis ready to be upgraded right away. It has an awesome motor that I've personally pushed to over 10kw (5-7kw is recommended) and it's the closest thing to a real 110 pitbike! Hands down my favorite bike!

The shipping weight is 108lbs so minus the box, the metal crate, tool kit and extras, the bike weights around 100lbs!

Do you need to upgrade the forks, I see no adjustments, why don't they have them.
does this feel as solid as a sur ron, would it be stable at 55-60mph? also would it fit in a car (sedan or midsize suv with the seats folded down)

So it comes with a motor all you have to do is add. Speed control and battery, do you recommend me just getting the moto Tec pro 48v instead

Negative, it doesnt come with a battery, once you buy the b1 battery it will come with a charger and plug right into the charge port
