Someone also thought I had asthma because I was breathing so hard. I don't have asthma, I just sound like I'm dieing. Even though I'm not.

As a citizen who plays soccer, I can confirm that our coach makes us run ALOT. And our legs are always sore after games, Garcia cups, tournaments, practices, etc.

As a gymnast, we usually walk in and sigh bc we have to do like an hour of conditioning before practice even starts. Many people also think that cheer/gymnastics is so "preppy", or "girly" or even so easy, but actually it is a lot harder then you think. We have to do 3 hour+ practices everyday. Most athletes, even in my age group only do an hour a week.
