Shape of unn can actually be very useful, especially when combined with other healing charms.
Actually, now that i think about it, using a heal build(including shape of unn) was what allowed me to defeat the eternal ordeal or whatever it's called. The one where you have to defeat (i think?) 57 Zotes of various types/forms. I actually highly recommend it if you're struggling with it.

i found out the mantis lords strat on my own in my first playthrough!! i had it equipped because i wanted to be able to dodge the downwards spear poke, and it completely cheesed the bossfight lmao
