Yo. You saved me time. I wanted to know if the MFn curriculum was super technical or rather strategy managerial and bingo! You said the magic word. Thank you! Hope you get a great gig upon graduation :)
You can find a brief idea of my profile from LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/srishti-singla/ About GRE score, I would suggest targeting above 320. 325+ is even safer, with Quant 169-170. There are no GPA requirements as such because it varies a lot across colleges and countries. But on a 10 point scale, would recommend 8+. Again, none of these are explicit requirements or hard cutoffs, just my guess for likelihood of selection.
Hey please can you tell me is this programme STEM or not??......and i am doing 3 years eco hons am i eligible to apply for mfin and what should i do to make my application strong
Madam, I have 58.65% B.Tech From 3-tier college in Engineering do I have any chance to study MS in usa. if I get good score in GRE can I get admission into Financial engineering into any University in usa .
Hey Srishti, Am really off put with the fact that you will require a heavy quants background to pursue an MFin at Princeton. I have a bachelor's in finance and our education system is such that we don't get to see any kind of maths in our undergrad syllabus. I feel even though I'm a highly ambitious person w a knack for finance, I will lag behind in the admissions to engineers w maths background. This thought of not getting to study finance even though I have a bachelor's degree in finance really pisses me off. Please correct if I am wrong to assume that I have a very slim chance to get admission into Princeton without a background in maths.
@@ThatsGoodMoneyy Yes definitely, you can. Although I would assume you would then be looking at slightly technical jobs or can state your interest or some experience in the same.
@@SPEARHEADGLOBAL Hey. I am planning on applying to John Hopkins for Ms in Finance but need a few insights on the course. Is there anyway that we can chat?
Hey Srishti, I’m a CA and willing to pursue MFin in the US. Would love to connect with you on LinkedIn to seek your guidance. Kindly consider my request

How does the Mfin at Princeton compare with the programs at other unis (For eg MFE Columbia or MSCF in CMU)?
Is it a stem subject?
Hey Srishti, From IIT to MS in Finance, how did you decide that Finance is the right option for you. Tips on this would really help us.
