He’s gone by the summer. The players already know they just need to wait him out and they’ll be on to the next one. Apart from rashford and Antony every other player is playing just good enough to blame it on the manager. If they really wanted to turn things around they would’ve offered him a contract extension in December.

As an Arsenal fan i think now you understand the transition of a club takes time. What Utd should do is just follow the blueprint of Arteta. It will take time but it's the only way to get out from this rot of changing managers cycle. Find a project that you like and stick with it. Remove the deadwoods including the staffs. Brand new start.

The problem at United is they offer mediocre players absurdly large contracts so they can never move them on. Look at McGuire for example. Rashford the highest paid one has his best season goals wise last season and gets rewarded with a large contract and now he’s back to being sh*t. These guys have no professional pride
