Some music was made for the game. While others are already real songs and needed some royalties for using them. I wished that continued this tradition of game exclusive music. At least keeping them from using real music that costs them money.

Self-respectful, adorable, generous woman. She also will become more quiet and distrustful and decide not to start new relationship because of her old wounds on her soul. Her life will get better… Before someone from her past life will find out that she settled, fully corrected herself and that someone wants to come back to her. Who it will be and what will she say? Who knows.
It would better fit in GTA 4, as it takes place in Liberty City and shares the same dark and gritty atmosphere as GTA 3. But anyways, I agree with you.
