Biden: America has to be a nation of ethics if it wants to lead the world. I suggest that you do a speech on ethics, according to our Constitution and Bill Of Rights. Secondly, if you want to get firearms out of the hands of drug cartels and gangsters, you should do so in a progressive way, with the ultimate goal of having American Citizens buying their firearms for emergency defense only when police officers are unavailable in specific situations... and buying those firearms from military bases gun stores only. Meantime, it should start with you having military members and vets and police officers and retired police officers plain clothed at gun shows that would normally be run by dealers of ATF. Have them check out what is going on there, and what the basis of background checks and training. Drug cartels and gangsters are not going to buy firearms from military bases, which will progressively get firearms out of their hands, along with the money flow they do in whatever they are doing. In fact, soon enough, the money flow will flow back into the hands of the military, police, and government. Also, ATF firearms dealers who are legit, can eventually be working for the military bases gun stores, and so can vets and retired police, and they can be in charge of background checks and training. It has to be done in a manner of progressin so to keep the peace between parties, and also with clarity between the parties, so have the conversation. Thanks for listening.
