1. Hailstorm
All opponents gain various advantages when Hail is active:
Opposing Weavile deals 70% more move and Sync move damage (Hail: P-Moves ↑ & S-Moves ↑ 7).
Sides deal 50% more move damage (Invigorating Hail 5).
Base Defense and Sp. Def increases by 30% (Hail and Hearty).
Hail is activated upon start of battle (Cold Front) and after every time opposing Weavile uses a Sync move (Hail Bringer). Its duration is also doubled (Hail Alert 5).
2. Wise Entry x3
All opponents' base Sp. Def are tripled by default for this battle, so attack with Physical damages only.
3. Opponent's Attack stats
Opposing Weavile deals both 50% more move (30% more for sides) and Sync move damage if their Attack stat is raised (Sharpened Body 5, Brawn Sync 5). Opposing team will raise their Attack stats via X Attack All usages (all opposing Trainers have this move) and every time a side's move is successful (Berserker Bunch 1).
4. Team's Accuracy stats
Your team's Accuracy will be lowered by:
1 stage upon start of battle (Bedazzle 1)
1 stage every time a side's attack move is successful (Discombobulate 9)
2 stages after every time opposing Weavile uses a Sync move (Smokescreen Sync 2).

All Sync Pairs used are 70E expanded, but not required to as such. As for Mina & Tapu Fini, a lower 5/5 Sync Grid build is still usable, but Lucky Skill and gameplay approach will be different.
