Keep at it. I learnt so much as I went along. I run 100v and a 150amp controller on a voodoo canzo but if I take it off eco it's v hard to keep the front end down and control. As you know the power delivery can be savage. I too had the same issues with the phaze wires on 2 motors. The power to weight ratio is insane on a normal bike frame with lipos. Please be careful. Love what you do

im at rear 6000w steel china frame china downhill forks went thru lots of different brakes just to stop and not just slow down lol ride safe people and slow down so nobody knows your real power .If i rode a cr 250 at 5 mph on the road or path the police would be called i like slow riding ive had 64MPH on a long road with no driveways and no other roads connecting best to use a camera to record speed

I know now what is a wrong thing to do, i covered the bike in snow foam and left it for 10 minutes, what the foam done was dried out and got rid of all the lubrication, so after a good WD40 on all the gears and cables and handlebar gear changer, its sweet now! Only thing is i have got to get the gear selection right, but i can only see 2 screws, so just need some info on this please

@Mark-kc7zi I never leave ebike batteries on charge overnight when asleep there's never really a need you can always charge in the evening and/or first thing when you wake up! Better to exercise precaution and always use good quality chargers and batteries!
Totally agree with your point about burning all that fuel in cars. I switched to ebike and never looked back. I have a self built 1000w 48v 20ah bike capable of 40mph +

I started low weight and it got out of hand I started with a 1000w then 1500 then 5000 then 6000 then at 10k stuff bent on the frame stopped using normal bike frame (sabavon Controller ) im trying to use 2 x72v batteries on my next build need to get or make front shock grip the spindle for front hub and the get a mid drive

I've got the same tensioner but I'm having difficulty fitting it to the mech hanger. The bolt that came with the derailleur doesn't go through the tensioner so I need another 10mm bolt I think. Some one told me I could use chain ring bolts. Apparently the nut side of things will fit in the back of the mech hanger and take up the space while the the bolt goes through the tensioner, I haven't tried that yet. If anyone knows exactly what I should buy to fit my tensioner I'd love to know.
Another edit: Chain ring bolts are fine but they can't apply enough torque to keep the tensioner from loosening. 10mm fully threaded bolt is needed because the derailleur bolt has a collar on it so won't fit.

What comment? I rarely delete comments unless someone is a complete troll or advertising etc. UA-cam have a strict filter sometimes they delete comments and filter them off they think it's offensive even if sometimes they are not.

That's gonna be mental. Probably abit uncontrollable. I run that motor on my mtb 72v 150a, unloaded speed of the wheels 102.2mph and the most I've got out of it is 68mph gps. There's a nack to get the wheel aligned with the disc and secure in the frame man got to be done properly good to hear you didnt rush that. I've literally had a car door open on me caused me to come off, the bike slid, ate concrete. Literally axle eating the road. Still solid in the bike 😂 only problem was a bent rotor. But yeah just be careful ffs. I'm running peaks 12.7kw and got to baby the throttle bad mate. Great vid again, get that beast finished ASAP got to see this
Reminds me of this company Eleglide. Buy a bike, want to order a battery -> ow we been to busy launching a new version with a new battery which isn't compatible, but check in back in 10 days we might have some in stock then... That was months ago. Can you imagine having bought a bike from them, needing a replacement battery and being told: yeah about that... but here is some advertisement for that new bike and remember that we're a green company who care about the environment ( so we don't sell e-waste.. lmao ). It's not that I couldn't just buy any tube mount battery with room for the controller, but they claim it 'voids warranty' as well and that's just bs Stand up for your intellectual property, channels like that eventually run out of things to steal and then they go down. Imitation is the highest grade of flattery.. except when it comes at loss of income ;)

your right ..followed that channel for about 2 years .maybe year and half ..... watched presentors come and go ...and i also thought that channel was so cookie cutter that it was just no different from when got rubbish record label that put mass produce rubbish bands out there .......It dont come across as authentic at all ....it just might as well be a BBC program
Keep the price down and you will beat all competitors, you will sell more but that is a little bit too fast you should make them go 50 mph, that's fast for a bike, dirt bikes don't even have 120 v and don't go 100 mph either.

Can anyone help me with this? I've got a nice mtb, I want to build it into an e-bike, I've looked at Kirby kits but they are out of my price range. I want to build a 1500watt, 48v rear hub drive kit build but with a 52volt high 'ampage' triangle battery- I've checked measurements/made a cut-out template and the triangle battery (personal preference instead of normal ebike type of battery) Reason I'm thinking of a 1500w 48v kit but with a maybe 52v 20ah battery is where I live it's just really hilly so I need plenty of torque pulling power and I've read a lot and it seems most 48v kits work well with a 52v battery. The absolute maximum I have to spend is 650, if anyone has built a similar build and has any advice it would be really appreciated. I've looked into shunt modding and I'm thinking of maybe doing this, but I guess it all depends on the type of controller (I'm not clued up electrically much) so well, any advice on which website/which kit to buy is really helpful/appreciated.

(or maybe the girl on the videos as she's lovely 😛!!!) , but on a serious note do you think you might need a steering damper on the bike when you do the Santa Pod run, skinny tyres react to any bumps like crazy under full power.
I could only find one decent brand of steering damper and they don't seem to be in business any more I bought a cheap one but its rubbish I'll see how it feels lol

UA-cam is all about ideas we all have them and often the same however going out your way to contact another channel and then putting up the same content in the same week you had a phonecall asking them what ideas they have them putting up exactly the same and tied in with a marketing based channel and lying about even knowing about you, to me is a bit different to just having overlaps/ similar content

I am a fan of yours and electro heads. I see nothing wrong with drawing inspiration from other channels it happens all the time. Theres also nothing wrong with road legal bikes. I mean if someone confiscated my bike I would not be able to afford to replace it for some time. Electro heads do their own stuff and help us a community as they've been trying to change legislation regarding electric scooters etc.
Fair enough I think the way they go about stuff is a bit scummy and the prices of their bikes are ridiculously overpriced personally I think they're also ripping customers off with low spec ebikes for £2000 with extremely poor spec

Can you please advise me on out of these 3, a Lankeleisi RV800plus, Lankeleisi MG740 Plus or the Lankeleisi RV700 48V 16AH which you would recommend if any. Appreciate it mate I'll keep it in mind. Music can be a nightmare because unsigned tracks can become signed later and cause issue. Even with permission to use a signed track you have to pause or they stop monetisation while you go through a long winded process of both parties asking for and giving permission and waiting around for youtube to fix it! Wish it was easier but YT is pretty strict on this stuff it's not easy.
@Gem-Ex is frustrating is be happy to use people's music if it didn't get complicated you can get demonetization on videos pretty quick and he's time consuming to sort. I wish it wasn't that way
@@DudeStuff Ya, I get it. I've had a few stupid run ins with the Google overlords. Dumb sh.. like someone registering the first patch on a midi controller sampling drum pad device I bought, next thing I know, a live stream of mine was flagged where this patch was playing in the background briefly. So these idiots actually register a piece of audio that is baked into a piece of hardware, sold to thousands of users worldwide, yet whenever anyone that use one or more of those stock patches (ie without manually altering them) ie actually uses the device as it was built and bought to do which is create music, playback music, record music etc. so they basically rip the material on the hardware box, registers it digitally in as his song/release, and now my video get's flagged because I own the same device...and I have to prove to UA-cam that I am allowed to use something that someone who doesn't own it, claims to own lol. So really, you can't even be safe with any music that has used any sampled machine (ie a music device that contains sounds) as those sounds might likely be registered as owned by some random idiot who earns his living registering something someone else has actually produced. Another fact is that I produce most of the music myself, from the bottom up, with my own damn hands and instruments and recording gear, because I wanted to avoid the pitfalls of having anyone else's material on there that could be a potential copyright issue, and even still it sounds like that might create problems anyway because if/when I register that music, your video(s) might get flagged even if we had made some sort of agreement.

Great channel and enjoy your content and approach. I think you’re being a bit over sensitive, they have been promoting electric transport for a long time. The raffle thing is way old though and many channels raffle off the free stuff they get. I have meet the team many times at events where they set up test rides and pass out information about ebikes, scooters, skateboards etc and they are all committed to pushing small electric transport even lobbying for law change. I’ve watched ebike towing UA-cam videos and some date back many years. When you post up an interesting video you’re going to get some others using that idea, just watching a few vehicle test drive videos you soon find they’re all much the same content and format. And chatting with another business about your ideas is only a good idea if a deal is already on the table 🙂
Dick's head doesn't like when you call them out for making reviews that are dictated by the manufacturer. I absolutely hate when any channel does it. They pretty well said word for word what was said by other channels that are know for that. You just keep doing your thing if they feel they need to copy you that says a lot about both channels. They can delete comments but word spreads.
They are being very lazy and underhanded - but neither of the towing or raffle ideas are original - quick search on UA-cam shows towing videos 2 years old. Keep your ideas close to your chest and keep making great content better than they can 👍

That's gonna be mental. Probably abit uncontrollable. I run that motor on my mtb 72v 150a, unloaded speed of the wheels 102.2mph and the most I've got out of it is 68mph gps. There's a nack to get the wheel aligned with the disc and secure in the frame man got to be done properly good to hear you didnt rush that. I've literally had a car door open on me caused me to come off, the bike slid, ate concrete. Literally axle eating the road. Still solid in the bike 😂 only problem was a bent rotor. But yeah just be careful ffs. I'm running peaks 12.7kw and got to baby the throttle bad mate. Great vid again, get that beast finished ASAP got to see this

I've got a nice mtb, I want to build it into an e-bike, I've looked at Kirby kits but they are out of my price range.
I want to build a 1500watt, 48v rear hub drive kit build but with a 52volt high 'ampage' triangle battery- I've checked measurements/made a cut-out template and the triangle battery (personal preference instead of normal ebike type of battery)
Reason I'm thinking of a 1500w 48v kit but with a maybe 52v 20ah battery is where I live it's just really hilly so I need plenty of torque pulling power and I've read a lot and it seems most 48v kits work well with a 52v battery.
The absolute maximum I have to spend is 650, if anyone has built a similar build and has any advice it would be really appreciated.
I've looked into shunt modding and I'm thinking of maybe doing this, but I guess it all depends on the type of controller (I'm not clued up electrically much) so well, any advice on which website/which kit to buy is really helpful/appreciated.

(or maybe the girl on the videos as she's lovely 😛!!!) , but on a serious note do you think you might need a steering damper on the bike when you do the Santa Pod run, skinny tyres react to any bumps like crazy under full power.
I could only find one decent brand of steering damper and they don't seem to be in business any more I bought a cheap one but its rubbish I'll see how it feels lol

I'm a big fan of your channel Dude but you need to calm down a bit over the copying accusations. Sam Pilgrim had videos up of him towing cars and vans on Ebikes over 2 years ago. So who's coping who? Take it as a compliment.
UA-cam is all about ideas we all have them and often the same however going out your way to contact another channel and then putting up the same content in the same week you had a phonecall asking them what ideas they have them putting up exactly the same and tied in with a marketing based channel and lying about even knowing about you, to me is a bit different to just having overlaps/ similar content

I am a fan of yours and electro heads. I see nothing wrong with drawing inspiration from other channels it happens all the time. Theres also nothing wrong with road legal bikes. I mean if someone confiscated my bike I would not be able to afford to replace it for some time. Electro heads do their own stuff and help us a community as they've been trying to change legislation regarding electric scooters etc.
Fair enough I think the way they go about stuff is a bit scummy and the prices of their bikes are ridiculously overpriced personally I think they're also ripping customers off with low spec ebikes for £2000 with extremely poor spec

Having watched some of your reviews I like the Lankeleisi electric bikes the most. Can you please advise me on out of these 3, a Lankeleisi RV800plus, Lankeleisi MG740 Plus or the Lankeleisi RV700 48V 16AH which you would recommend if any. Appreciate it mate I'll keep it in mind. Music can be a nightmare because unsigned tracks can become signed later and cause issue. Even with permission to use a signed track you have to pause or they stop monetisation while you go through a long winded process of both parties asking for and giving permission and waiting around for youtube to fix it! Wish it was easier but YT is pretty strict on this stuff it's not easy.

Dumb sh.. like someone registering the first patch on a midi controller sampling drum pad device I bought, next thing I know, a live stream of mine was flagged where this patch was playing in the background briefly. So these idiots actually register a piece of audio that is baked into a piece of hardware, sold to thousands of users worldwide, yet whenever anyone that use one or more of those stock patches (ie without manually altering them) ie actually uses the device as it was built and bought to do which is create music, playback music, record music etc. so they basically rip the material on the hardware box, registers it digitally in as his song/release, and now my video get's flagged because I own the same device...and I have to prove to UA-cam that I am allowed to use something that someone who doesn't own it, claims to own lol. So really, you can't even be safe with any music that has used any sampled machine (ie a music device that contains sounds) as those sounds might likely be registered as owned by some random idiot who earns his living registering something someone else has actually produced. Another fact is that I produce most of the music myself, from the bottom up, with my own damn hands and instruments and recording gear, because I wanted to avoid the pitfalls of having anyone else's material on there that could be a potential copyright issue, and even still it sounds like that might create problems anyway because if/when I register that music, your video(s) might get flagged even if we had made some sort of agreement.

I think you’re being a bit over sensitive, they have been promoting electric transport for a long time. The raffle thing is way old though and many channels raffle off the free stuff they get. I have meet the team many times at events where they set up test rides and pass out information about ebikes, scooters, skateboards etc and they are all committed to pushing small electric transport even lobbying for law change. I’ve watched ebike towing UA-cam videos and some date back many years. When you post up an interesting video you’re going to get some others using that idea, just watching a few vehicle test drive videos you soon find they’re all much the same content and format. And chatting with another business about your ideas is only a good idea if a deal is already on the table 🙂
Dick's head doesn't like when you call them out for making reviews that are dictated by the manufacturer. I absolutely hate when any channel does it. They pretty well said word for word what was said by other channels that are know for that.
You just keep doing your thing if they feel they need to copy you that says a lot about both channels. They can delete comments but word spreads.
They are being very lazy and underhanded - but neither of the towing or raffle ideas are original - quick search on UA-cam shows towing videos 2 years old.
Keep your ideas close to your chest and keep making great content better than they can 👍
