I am having a rough day today and thought I watch your video to get some light in. Last year was the most horrific year of my life when I lost my son 4 mths ago. I am still struggling bad every day and some days are unbearable and dont know I will get through this. Every year from now on wont be better for me. This is something I wont ever be able to fix and have it get better. The one who was my life and my whole world is no longer here, how do I get through this life. Many say you’re not alone but I am. We all have our own story and pain. Making through a day at a time is all I see now.

When I make pho, I freeze a few containers portioned out for a bowl. When I crave for it I use those instant pho and just pour in my broth! FYI for when you make pho next time!
