    In the example that you gave as the price, was the $279.00 a round trip fare or one way? If it were me I would that on the call as well.

    First love your content ❤ I want to know as an owner/operator and always on the go. When a client calls in to schedule an appointment. What apps do you use to file the client’s information and to send invoices?
    I’m still on pen and paper. As far as getting a client’s information. 😢Then I’ll use Invoices and the Square app to collect payment and to send receipt/ invoice.

      Thank you for your support! You’ve raised two questions. Firstly, if you need a tool to manage client information, I recommend a CRM system. Many scheduling software options include CRMs to securely store company data. Avoid pen and paper for sensitive client info, especially considering HIPAA regulations - a breach could be costly.
      Secondly, regarding invoicing, Monica covers payment options and provides a step-by-step guide on creating PayPal invoices in her videos. Check them out for valuable insights. When choosing a payment processing system, ensure it meets your needs and be mindful of associated fees, which can impact your costs.

    How are you taking credit card payments over the phone ? Software?

      Over the phone utilizing a third payment processing system. You can also send them an invoice to pay themselves online.

    If you collect up front how do you add to the charge if you get there ans have to wait? Do you just charge the base rate up front and then the final later?

      Wait time should be arranged at the time of scheduling.

      @@Mjbusinessacademy so I take payment up front. Then the day of transportation comes, I get to the location and out of the blue it takes them 15 minutes to be ready. I then send an invoice for the additional?

    What happens if someone cancels a trip the day before? Do you offer full, partial, or no refunds?

    How do you calculate your rate so quickly? Do you just do a flat rate instead of load fee + mileage?
