10:13 That's interesting, I just noticed that tea is now the same price in Rekt's inventory and the vending machine. It always used to be more expensive to buy from the trader, but I wonder did they lower the trader price or increase the vending machine price?
You got so lucky. I spent near a week of breaking into every kitchen on my way to and from quest POI's looking for a cooking pot. Your not too thorough. I often don't leave a house until there are screamers coming b/c I disassembled too much furniture/appliances. Just a little tip. I like to drop a storage chest out front of a POI after I reset it so I can keep coming back to it and drop off loot to keep from getting encumbered. Also helps that you can just mark it on your map to come back to if you can't carry everything back, just make sure to pick everything out of the box before resetting if you get another job there or it will disappear. Just a heads up, those metal plates and sewing kits are used in the recipe to craft armor crafting kits. Which you need to make all of the good armors 29:48 Those candelabras are brass too. Yeah I prefer light armors too. The movement penalties and stamina loss on the heavy stuff is so noticeable in 1.0 until you get stuff to counteract them that it can drive you mad trying to walk anywhere especially if you are encumbered at all. That first point in master chef is pretty much a priority for me. Not only does it knock your cooking time down quite a bit, but it causes you to get more recipes to appear in loot. I like to put the dew collectors on the roof where zombies can't randomly walk up on it and take a swing.
Healing Factor heals you, sure, but it increases hunger to do so. I wouldn't recommend more in HF until you have the food situation under control. Thanks for the video.
34:24 there is a key rack on the wall in front of you, these appear in various poi's to unlock doors etc to allow progress, sorry if you already knew this. Still a Legend.
Thanks Kickz. I hope you are doing well. That scream had me howling. Someone else may have said this but you are better off using clubs with points in Pummel Pete, the baton is governed by the Electrocutioner skill.
Missed the Kickz manly screams!! If you get a chance to use the stun baton, use nerd tats with it. Rhe stun baton is FANTASTIC!! It's great running around during horde night all dosed up with various things and using said stun baton :] Although the pipe baton says it does the same damage, its health was below 50%. Items that are below 50% actually do less than they say on the screen, so it pays to have good maintenance.
I also forgot I have pummel Pete and points in strength which improve the damage on the club. I wish fun pimps would add the total damage a weapon does, including the damage from skills and books and anything else like buffs from food or candy.
Quickest way I have found to make Dukes is selling trader chrysanthemums, Golden Rod and Cotton. I usually just punch up a bunch of it before I even visit the trader initially
Schlawiner Kickz, spend points on what u want to play or craft. When u spend the points in this case u will find more Books. And the Scream was hillarious :D its sooo Good to have you back in this game
the armor craft kits are for any kind of armors now so u WILL need them... but dont forget, today stable comes ouut so u might have to restart a new game...
Hi mate I’m so happy after playing on and off for so many years im glad to see the “full” release. I recently started playing a21 to get back into in preparation for today 😉. Keep it up!
I would highly recommend putting a point into either light or heavy armor, depending on what armor set you want to use. It will give you more chances to get armor crafting books in the long run, and being able to craft a tier 6 nerd outfit gives you 50% chance to get an extra skill point from reading a book.
Most games I end up popping trader Rekt. It never ends well, but after doing dozens of life risking missions for the moron, there is only so much you can take of his endless abuse.
All armor sets need those armor kits to make beyond the primitive. Also you get a ton of polymer breaking apart the cardboard pallets of small shipping boxes (along with paper, which you can sell/burn/discard if not making shotgun shells)
First I am so happy to see you doing 7 Days to Die videos again! I really enjoy your zombie content. Second I am not sure you noticed it or not but the Nomad shoes are heavy armor. All the heavy armor has at least a small stamina penalty. The basic armor you are wearing I believe counts as light so no penalty. In my current play through I have different sets for different tasks. I can't wait to see more!
“ you have to hit them more “ lol wait till you meet a dire Wolf. Had a whole bunch of them on my day 14 hoard. They chewed up my base real bad. Please Kickz get some elevation or you will be in real trouble. Even your crafting base is vulnerable at ground level especially with the new scout screamers :(
I think, from the description, that the way healing factor works is by making your metabolism work faster--which would speed up healing, but also use food and probably water more quickly. But it absolutely needs to be spelled out more clearly. A lot of the descriptions of skills and armor effects could be a bit clearer. For instance, the Preacher gloves say they increase damage to undead. I've seen some folks say that they only impact melee damage. The description doesn't say that. Also, you're winning the cooking pots lottery!
BTW. If you ever think of visiting Grace, expect lots of rotten meat. She no longer gives meat and instead gives rotten meat. The bit about healing factor taking hunger from you is not certain, but a UA-cam named Glock9 claimed that he was nearly certain that it took hunger from you(he didn't say anything about thirst, and this was on a previous version of the game. If you think of balancing, being able to passively heal while not being hungry but not taking hunger sounds op. Imagine if Minecraft regen didn't deplete your hunger. You would be healing too much.) Also, traders were massively nerfed, so don't expect op rewards like before. You can see what armor does in the description. There's one that gives you like 50% more damage against zombies. Some increase bartering(some only increase for buying, some increase both selling and buying). And others make you run faster. Good Night, Good Luck!
Just a little tip the traider seems to respond Luke at least in my games the vold trick about leaving an item in a box even if you have a land claim block will respawn loot the loot if you leave an items in the chest or box great video I swear by my turrets
A good way to get money in the first few days is to harvest all the red and yellow flowers and cotton and just sell them to the trader. It a good way to get 600 on your first day for a cooking pot.
If editing shows down uploads feel free to edit less. I don't mind watching you waffle around a little more until you get back into the swing of things ;)
You said in your 1st video you wasn't good at the game . Started watching you back in alpha 15 and your starvation mod playthrough was the best your just a little rusty never say your bad at 7 days I would watch you over any other content creator for 7 days .
youre not specced with skillpoints into batons thats why the bat does more damage for u xD also i think ur missunderstanding the armor sets :) heavy armor will always reduce the same, doesnt matter which heavy armor u wear... but the run speed on the shoes makes it so that u will run faster with this heavy armor then compared to a different heavy armor set .... youre literally comparing heavy armor with ur light, made out of plant fiber, starting armor....if ure going to do a strength build or whatever, you will need to be able to take a punch and that will later on mean sacrificing some of the stamina recovery or mobility but you will fix that with some mods... xD
If nobody has told you yet, there are now two kinds of destroyed workbenches in the world; one looks destroyed and one looks nice and clean. You get the forged iron from the clean looking benches.
But the healing on mod, it only works below 50%. Usually don’t let yourself get below that or most players. So wouldn’t 10% knock down chance be better? Also does the healing stop once you get back to 50%?
Bought console xbox at 4am played on Friday, built my hordebase charged rekt got to jen done two/three jobs, it got night. Day five went into an burnt-out building/attic as night was upon me. Waited! I fell asleep? Woke at 6am UK-time😮 woke as was dead, "nearer fond my back-pack? Then realised I was on day eight and missed the horde/plus died!😂😂😂
It is now. But I mean the old telltale games port that they can't do anything with. They offered a 25 percent discount for people that bought that version a long time ago. Bit it feels like too little. Maybe I'm just complaining though, since I own the pc version anyways.
Oh how I have missed your lingo 😂 so glad you're back! 😁
Your manly war cry in the kitchen scared the sweat off my foreface.
10:13 That's interesting, I just noticed that tea is now the same price in Rekt's inventory and the vending machine. It always used to be more expensive to buy from the trader, but I wonder did they lower the trader price or increase the vending machine price?

I am gonna use that sceam at 38:29 for my text notifications.
The kitchen fright made my day, thanks for the great video! :)
Don't forget you can scrap the cement into rocks that can help to make cobblestone early game.
Healing Factor heals you, sure, but it increases hunger to do so. I wouldn't recommend more in HF until you have the food situation under control. Thanks for the video.
Mannnnn been excited for your video to drop.. you've actually made me want to jump in to 1.0

Thanks Kickz. I hope you are doing well. That scream had me howling. Someone else may have said this but you are better off using clubs with points in Pummel Pete, the baton is governed by the Electrocutioner skill.
I went with daring adventurer for more cash since 1.0 doesn't give you a lot of cash
It puts a great big smile on my foreface seeing you have uploaded again. 😊
Love ya videos kickz
Between 30% and 120% health buff on zombies. With wrenchign workbenches, you only get forged iron now from workbenches that look undamaged.
Double loot your heart out man. It's just smart game play. Also don't sell any armor or weapon parts.
It's great seeing you play again. Glad you're back!
Ooh that sneaky guy in the kitchen!!! How dare he try and bite your butt! :D
Thanks for the great episode. Looking forward to more.

@Games4Kickz That would be really helpful if they did that. It world make it so much easier.

You are so lucky to find wasteland treasures 6 on your second video! We never found it and it's so useful!
Schlawiner Kickz, spend points on what u want to play or craft. When u spend the points in this case u will find more Books.
And the Scream was hillarious :D
its sooo Good to have you back in this game
@8:54 You saying how you intentionally wanted to stink hit me with the flashback of A16 and zombie smell-o-vision 😂
Omg, that is so true. The smell used to be a thing.
the armor craft kits are for any kind of armors now so u WILL need them... but dont forget, today stable comes ouut so u might have to restart a new game...

You get more damage from the club because of your pointed in Strength and pummel Pete
Great to see you playing this again! Thanks Kickz. Xx
I enjoy watching a streamer who is thorough. Excellent video. Keep it up.
thanks for the amusing content

Can’t wait to finally play this tomorrow, it’s been a long 8 years 😅
Likewise
Hey kickz, glad to see you back. You unlocked the forge by the way, figured you just missed it. Great vid as always!!
Thank you. I did miss it. Didn't even check in the next episode, but I will asap the next time I record 😀
Wow 1k+ hours and I didn't have freaking idea healing factor makes you hungry. Your videos keep teaching me about this game all the time samething new
I can't take the credit, it was other comments that told me about it :)
@@Games4Kickz Props for reading comments then :D
I watch a lot 7 days content creators. You are top of the top :D
It took more hits with the baton cause you had a point in pummel pete. Which ups your chance of dismemberment.
BTW. If you ever think of visiting Grace, expect lots of rotten meat. She no longer gives meat and instead gives rotten meat. I never realized how much I missed your Vids kickz ! makes me think about the time I was still going to school :)
Omg. I was just looking for if you had posted the next video. I refreshed and it popped up lol.
You need a land claim block for your house and to make level 2 stone hatchet still.
When you added wood to the campfire, I had a brief flashback of old school Doom/Duke Nukem 😂
Good job dude
you have points in the strength and clubs so you do more damage
Thank you. I only realized that last night and felt very silly 🤪
the baton is better than the club in my opinion
U get a bicycle when u finish the quest for the trader
So good to see these again, I'm so happy!!!
Woot!
Make sure you dont scrap the mini bike book, Like you diod last time.
😅
31:20 Lmfao I Love It :P
Great video so game4kickz keep up the great work! Will you be eventually live streaming this series by chance?
I'm not sure when I will be able to stream, yet. We'll see if we stream this one or a separate world when we do.
Just a little tip the traider seems to respond Luke at least in my games the vold trick about leaving an item in a box even if you have a land claim block will respawn loot the loot if you leave an items in the chest or box great video I swear by my turrets
I have loot respawn turned off. Only quests respawn it and otherwise we will have to travel.
@@Games4Kickz damn I really need to check when I do speech to text. I usually do mysef.
welcome back old friend my favourite youtuber that i wat tones of popcorn and pizza whatching you...wish you health and all the best!
I've got to ask why a hatch instead of a door?
With a hatch, you can hit a zombie while it's closed and still open/close it quickly.

Finally 1.0v
22:00 - Day 2 stew (yes, I know it rhymes) and no reaction!? Buh?
I still can't believe the game is released. I thought it would be forever in alpha.
Same 😀
I have missed that war cry. I only hope you go back to using a face cam too for these special occasions.
comment for the algorithm
