Interesting fact: K.I.T.T. Replicas are not allowed to use the red scanner light on public roads. K.A.R.R. On the other hand, has Amber scanner lights, which is 100% legal to use on the roads as long as it is not flashing in a strobe pattern in Non-Emergency situation’s.

Cullen, coming off of the first live action Transformers film, was also brought back to voice the new version of KARR in the 2008 reboot series. Paul Frees (best known for his Disney animation and park work on projects like Pirates of the Caribbean [he is the voice saying "Dead men tell no tales!"] and as the Ghost Host narrator of The Haunted Mansion) voiced the (more manipulative) KARR in his second appearance on the show, where the paint job was updated to the more iconic grey underside that we see in this video. It's always interesting that people mix the aspects of the different KARRs in their memory: we all remember Cullen as the voice, but simultaneously remember the look of the Frees version (as well as the showdown from that episode).
