I've never been this early! My secret tip for Disneyland is to really pay attention to the small details. That's where you find the most magic! Like on the train ride, seeing the back of small world castle and just taking the park in from different angles. Hopefully you'll still be able to see riders ride Tiana adventure from the train, like you used to with splash mountain. 😊
I notice the band was playing all that music from memory - that’s incredible!! I love that you stop to let us see all these ‘extras’, which are easy to miss when you’re actually zooming around the park!
I think one of the best old school secrets of Disneyland back in the late90's was the secret entrance back behind Its a small world. Before they fixed the I 5 Freeway we used to just climb through a hole in the green fence covering and then walk all the way down to another hole and then climb up the back side of the facade of its a small world. We would all hang out on the back of small world until the train passed and then we would just walk in through the little cast gate that was right there. That went on for a good 10 years. LOL.. Back in the good ole days.
Love how you giggle at your own jokes! I didn't know ANY of the secrets! And I love Disneyland. Loved Bear country jamboree and was so sad when they replaced it; Pooh does deserve his own ride though.
I love these secrets videos! You're so knowledgeable and your positivity and personality make these videos so much fun to watch! And yes, when I eat something SUPER sweet, I crave something very savory / salty too. All the facts I know are from your videos so I didn't know about the secrets (other than the tigger tail because you covered it in a past video). I never tire of these videos. When I met you, Amanda and Miles in Disneyland several months ago, you guys were so gracious and giving with your time. Thank you guys! I also love your Knott's videos.
My friends grandfather has a window on Main street on the side of the Mad Hatter and I visit the window and send her a picture every time! He was in the Mickey Mouse Club, he worked the Jungle Cruise and would take Walt around the cruise in the mornings. He was really important to Walt and the park. It's so cool. Also, thanks for stopping and recording the marching band. As a former high school marching band kid, this always just gets me right in the feels!!!
I didn’t know ANY of those! My favorite was #4 because I loved watching that country bears show as a kid! Thank you for being so encouraging! I’m glad you’re all better
Dang it!!! I didnt know ANY of those five secrets!!...and that hidden Pascal - huh??!! Thanks for sharing Chris. I will be there in May and I will point all of these out to my family and pretend I'm the expert - ha!
You know chris, you have a talent. No, not showing us all the cool places and secrets of disney parks. your talent is to put smiles on peoples faces when they are down or just need a good laugh. May your channel go on for many years to come.
Oh my goodness! I miss Country Bear Jamboree! I never noticed they put Max and the guys in the Pooh ride!!!! Now I’m starving for Tigger Tails Chris! 😂 We go to Disneyland all the time and I don’t think we ever noticed any of these secrets! Thank you Chris!! 😊
I knew 3 of those secrets. I knew about Melvin, Max and Buff being inside of the Pooh ride, I knew about the snow being more on one side then the other. I like the Casting door secret. I didn't realize that lookout spot had a sign that said Tome Sawyer lookout spot. The Pascal secret is new for me
I knew two of the five secrets, Walt's door and the leftover character heads on the wall from Country Bear Jamboree. At the entrance of Bear County you walked past a cave where a bear was snoring. The eating place there that you couldn't think of was known as the Mile Long Bar. People were able to get hot dogs and something to drink there.
I love your positivity so much. I think you should be bigger than you are. You are so wholesome, yet speaking to me as an adult... I can't describe it. Thank you so much!
Still love your jokes and puns always puts a smile on my face. Loved how the Disneyland band was doing the star wars music.i knew two from previous videos and to me it will always be tom sawyers island. You know you and your family are such an inspiration during theses holiday times. Thank you so much.
I CHOOSE TO BELIVE THAT YOU ARE TALKING TO ME!!! ONLY ME!!!! I have read about things that have happened in your past. I also lost my Dad at a very very young age. It changes you FOREVER! And how you learn to look at ALL THINGS with such JOY!!!!!
My wife and i met you at the end of main street when you were filming this or another video last week. It was a pleasure to meet you. I had never noticed that my name shows up in your videos until today when i slowed the patreon scroll down to 1/4 speed. I'm famous! And Chris - yes, you! - know that you are amazing and you make a real difference in the world. You've been through hardships in life and you want to leave the world better than you found it... AND YOU DO! Don't ever doubt yourself.
I just went back and looked at the picture we took with you, and you had a different tie, so it wasn't this video. Now I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for your next post!
Fun Video, Chris! I got 3 out of 5. I love learning new (old) things about Disney! Keep up the great work!!! Hope you, Amanda and Miles are feeling better! Sending healing thoughts and prayers! 💕🙏
It was so fun to run into you at DL. He was just as nice as he is on video in person! We even made it into the background for about a half second! We had a Tigger Tail too!
Several times in the 80's and 90's when I was there as a kid they had climbing contests going on on the Matterhorn. Loved the Country Bear Jamboree and grabbing a burger and sitting next to the rivers of America after the show. Good times
Hey Chris! I've actually played basketball on the 1/2 court in the heart of the Matterhorn, watched 'Tinkerbell' prep for her nightly flight, and even pushed the button to kick off fireworks. Mickey & Minnie Mouse were literally my babysitters after school. I had a very magical "E-ticket" childhood.
Hi Chris - I knew two of them, but only because I had seen you talk about them in previous videos. Otherwise on my own, it would have been 0! Thanks for all of your wonderful videos! ♥
Great video. I’ve watched your channel for a while now. Around my house, you are known as Professor Disney. I’m a good student so I already knew 2 from your previous videos. You are so knowledgeable. Thank you for sharing. You are the best. Thank you PPP.
I knew about the Bear Country Jamboree heads on Winnie Pooh. Tom Sawyer Island Sign and Central Casting Door I have seen numerous times but did not put it all together the way you did. Thanks! North Face Matterhorn - pretty cool! Pascal, completely new to me! Thanks, Chris, that was a fun video! I am now ready for a Tigger Tail!
I knew zero (0) of the secrets. However, I observed that the waterfall on the south side of the Matterhorn makes sense, as that is where the snow would be melting. PS: So Amanda likes mountain climbing? Well, I'm "inclined" to agree. It "peeks" my interest.
Thank you, Chris! This was a super cool video! So much fun!!! And, I knew zero of these wonderful secrets, which are now something to keep an eye out for the next time I visit Disneyland.
OH MY!!!! First, there is NOTHING BETTER than any LIVE Disney Bands, Quartets....ANY SUPER TALENTED PERFORMERS!!! Just MAGICAL!!!! AND, I might know most of these SUPER SPECIAL SECRETS!!! BUT ONLY because I watch all your videos!!! YOU.....ARE MY MAGIC CHRIS PROVOST!!!! Even though I like to call you Jeff!! haha!!!
Amazing video PPP. You got me with the Pascal, Matterhorn and Tom. I didn't know those. Love the joke and your always positive words. Keep up the amazing work PPP. Thank you
Another great video Chris. I knew one of these btw. Your videos are always so inspiring, fun and informative. I love them. Have an amazing holiday season.
I know 2 secrets about the mantehorn! 1 they used to have live mountain climbers. 2 there used to be a sky tram that went through the mountain. Lov ya!
I knew about the idea of moss growing on the North side of trees because of lack of sun, never thought about applying it to snow on a mountain. I knew about Max, Buff and Melvin as it’s supposed to be the hidden nod to the previous ride. I have seen the Walt window, but forgot about it so not sure how to count that. Totally missed that sign, but thought it was called Pirate’s Lair on Tom Sawyer Island. Didn’t know about the Pascal, but it was hard to make out. Didn’t look right to me, but that’s my eyes. :)
The Tigger tail is the best. I trued it because you had one on your video a year or so ago. Now it’s a must ever time I visit. I knew 2 of your five but I knew them from some of your other videos! Thanks Chris keep them coming
Great secrets... only knew one only because you showed it on one of your other videos... :) .... just a side note : look at the energetic cast member doing traffic control behind the band... he was really into it. :) ... thank you for all you guys do!
Always Love your energy and personality Chris 🤩I live 20 minutes away from Disneyland last time I was there was about ten years ago,I didn’t know any of the secrets, loved your jokes especially the tigger one,and what about that awesome band 🎶 🎶I will definitely check your links down below would love to visit the park during g the holidays I’m sure it’s beautiful 😃
I only knew 2 of these! I had seen the pascal in another video. And I knew about the country bear jamboree heads in Winnie the Pooh. Everything else was super fun to learn. Thank you!
I had no idea about the last four secrets. But I did know about Pascal only because you shared it in another video though thanks Chris love all the secrets and behind-the-scenes details. Excellent.
Matterhorn - I thought you were going for the mountain climbers that used to climb the Matterhorn daily. That goes way back. But I didn't know about the snow on the Matterhorn - although it doesn't surprise me, as it's a fairly accurate scale replica of the real thing. Definitely knew about the guys hanging in the Winnie the Pooh ride. Mentioned them in our video on that ride.

I love that you don’t insist we’re “fans” because it just proves how humble you are, Chris. ❤
13:34 OMG I'M CALLING IT MARDI GRAS MOUNTAIN NOW!
The mountains are calling 😄
I knew about the Country Bear Homage and the Disney Window. Favorite new thing I learned was about Pascal. Thanks again!
I notice the band was playing all that music from memory - that’s incredible!! I love that you stop to let us see all these ‘extras’, which are easy to miss when you’re actually zooming around the park!

Disney needs to bring back the CBJ, add them to the Grizzly River Run ride, it needs some audio animatronic figures

Dang it!!! I didnt know ANY of those five secrets!!...and that hidden Pascal - huh??!! Thanks for sharing Chris. I will be there in May and I will point all of these out to my family and pretend I'm the expert - ha!
The delivery of the Bee fact was amazing... I didn't suspect the punchline.. perfectly disguised.
You know chris, you have a talent. No, not showing us all the cool places and secrets of disney parks. your talent is to put smiles on peoples faces when they are down or just need a good laugh. May your channel go on for many years to come.
I knew NONE of these Chris
