This has become one of my favorite things to watch. Thank you for doing these! At the end of the season, the packers wr's & te's will go down as the youngest in NFL history. Simply remarkable. Dudes a STUD!
For the first time in a long time I can confidently say I don’t want a receiver from the draft. Let love grow with doubs watson reed and wicks. Their chemistry is unbelievable. If the defense gets healthy and consistent, I don’t think many teams will be ready for us in the playoffs. They will make the sb in a couple years. Hell j love might get mvp.
Doubs, Watson, Reed, Wicks and don't forget Heath! They are set at wr and TE. Musgrave and esp with kraft balling out since Musgrave has been out. It's insane how set we are at those 2 positions. Rb and line r something we need to look at. But it def feels good to hit homeruns in the last 2 yrs in the draft. This yrs draft may go down as one of the best overall drafts.
@@ProfJoaquimOliveiraHe may be under contract for another year, but it would be very surprising to see him back in 2024. Financially, it becomes much easier to cut ties with him after this season.
On that 4th and 1: look, it's fourth down which means either you're making the first down or you're turning it over. If you're going to turn it over you might as well turn it over with a long interception rather than a sack or an incomplete pass. So it's actually a good decision that turned out lucky. I admit that. He did have Dillon open over the middle but I don't think he could have gotten it to him in the face of that pass rush. So if you're going to throw it, throw it quick and early before you can't throw it at all. Don't hesitate. And maybe things work out for you. If it's an INT, it's like having a short punt anyway. So I say that Love analyze the situation correctly.
As a die hard Packers fan the play at 20:15 was definitely a little lucky but it was gutsy call on 4th and 1 and the execution was absolutely flawless. The fact that Doubs didn’t even see it until he took 4 steps is insane. I think that’s a sign that points to just how well this offense is now firing on all cylinders.💛💚🧀🧀🧀
Been incredibly impressed with Jordan's development and improvement over the course of the year. Same goes for the WRs and TEs who are all 1st, 2nd, 3rd year guys. Very young team with a lot of promise moving forward.
I got introduced on this channel due to the viral hits with Fields this year. I'm still mainly here for whenever he shows Fields, but like to see him talk about other QBs to get some compare & contrast action going. It's really interesting to see this and see Love already doing things I've not seen get mentioned in like any video of Fields yet. The play featured at 14:30, along with the play that follow it stand out like a sore thumb. At 14:30, it's a play where Love steps back into a pocket, remains calm, and then fires a TD pass. If that's Fields, we all know he's not stepping back into the pocket to stay there, he's already got his head down going into full blown escape mode. The very next play is Love demonstrating anticipation. Which, if you've seen the Fields content here, you know that word doesn't exist in the transcript of those videos. :(
As a Packer, it seems that we*re all blessed to watch a talent who*s obviously now showing his potential and it pays off that he could learn from one of the greatest of all time.
As a huge Packers fan, at first I hated the pick of Love when we had Rodgers, but once I saw him in this preseason I knew he would be great. You could say I love Love.
I personally think 26:30 was love trying to get rid of it, had a blitzed screaming at him untouched off the edge, just throw it as far as you can to the guy your looking at, didn’t have time to get set, didn’t get to scan the field
This guy is going to win an MVP eventually. Even now I'd take him over Purdy, because he's doing this with a ragtag group, and Purdy has the most complete offense in football. I would say Jalen Hurts has a lot more for weapons, and there are few QBs right now doing this much with so little. Like you did a great job pointing out though, this offensive line is getting good, and I can see them being a strength for years to come.
I wouldn't say Love is doing this with no tools. I think MLF is having a lot of fun actually implementing HIS offense instead of a Rodgers/MLF hybrid, which is in a word, COHESIVE. Also, Musgrave, Kraft, Reed, Wicks are SOLID ballers in addition to Watson/Doubs. If the offense can get a dynamic running game going (Dillon is doing as well as he can given his skillset), then we've got a monster on our hands.
@@TheParchisi I think Dillon has been doing more than okay. If they kept feeding him he would be having 100 yard games, and as is, he's playing with reckless abandon and setting the tone for the offense. I'm not ripping on anyone on the Packers only to say their in game experience is vastly lower than most teams. They're just starting to show what they can do.
For 2nd TD, thought that he could have stayed without climbing the pocket. Pass protection was there. Thought you were going to say that he made it slightly more difficult for himself. I thought that 4th and 1 was going to get picked off. That was a gutsy call and throw and a bid time catch. 87 was hit by defender on the arm/hand. Somehow he held on to the ball. Strong hands. 28 was open and could have been an easier 1st down but still a hot throw with anticipation. Glad that 4th down was converted. So crucial. The insight on that could have been TD to TE is great. Couldn’t figure out what that was live. After you explained how it was supposed to work and how LT missed the assignment, it made sense. Appreciate the inclusion of that sack. Felt the same way. OK with that decision. He was probably playing safe within the field goal range. 48yd FG was not automatic but would rather have that attempt than risk interception on a throw away attempt or fumble on a scramble.
This is the first game Love has demonstrated consistent good footwork on virtually every play. If he truly is getting better here he may well indeed be The Guy.
"I threw a pick on a similar play " Ah that sucks man "Think it was Woodson " No shame in it then, dude just does that to people 😂😂 fr tho love the anecdotal stuff it's cool info
Great video! It's been so fun to watch Jordan Love progress over the season and just become more and more comfortable. I've really appreciated your breakdowns of him too as it's shown a lot of what he does right and what he does wrong, and I can see him develop and less of the "wrong" stuff every game.
Show the play!. I love the analysis, but need to see the play. Then go back and talk more. Love was dealing in this game. Completely agree about the last sack. Smart decision, can’t throw it away and stop the clock BUT would have loved for him to plant and scramble for a -3 yard sack instead of a -10 yard sack, especially with a rookie kicker. Love has shown his upside is a top nfl qb. Now can he be consistent.
Great channel ,AJ was open on the flat for a first down on that long one to Daubs love the way you caught his eyes ,would you ever consider doing one of the older super bowls the Pack was in?
LaFleur and Co have been prospering lately. We gotta remember they are missing one of the best LT in the NFL & Aaron Jones. They have rookie TE’s starting, & all their WR’s are from 2022 or later. Thats impressive. Youngest team in the NFL!!! Jordan Love might win an MVP in the next couple years.
Tom Clements is the GOAT QB coach if Love continues to improve like this and ends up in the hall. Long ways away from that right now but it’s wild how much better he has looked these past few weeks.
I think the play right around the 28 minute mark was just like an "Oh shit" moment. From what I could kind of gather though, I think the play was designed to be a 1 on 1 shot with Doubs there on the outside. He tries to look middle to keep the safety over and then you can see him start to set up like he's going to throw to Doubs and then it's just an "oh shit #50 is in my face I just gotta throw this away". I may just be guessing too because Idk his thought process but I'm wondering if that was the thought process. He decided to throw it in the area not close to anyone (but also close enough) as opposed to a more direct throw to not let the defender maybe catch a duck of an interception and just live to fight another day.
Play at 33:47 (TE Delay, would-be touchdown): the way you explain it, LT should block down (squeeze) the B gap rusher, and TE should take the end, leaving the green-dog safety free. Which I get! But what I SEE is that TE takes the safety, not the end-so do both the LT and TE blow their (theoretical) assignments here? Otherwise we should see a two-on-one collision from the TE and LT as they both try to block the end and the B-gap rusher comes free (as he does), as does the safety on the green-dog. But that's clearly not what happens. Do you see the same thing I do?
So the safety is actually blitzing, not dogging in this play. If he covered at the snap the TE blocks the edge so the safety fires into a rush, but because he blitzes at the snap the TE is definitely supposed to slow him and probably do exactly as he did, kind of get a hand on each guy then float open. If he just ignores the safety one of those two guys is going to read screen and drop out of the rush. All on the LT here. You can also see how the LT actually clogged the throwing lane by blocking the edge, you want that edge coming down directly at Love and you just throw a popup over him for a walk in TD.
On the 4th and 1 since he let it go when 87 and 9 where running the same way do you think the safety could have thought he was throwing to 9 on a corner?
When he settles and continues to put drives together instead of throwing bombs often he's a good qb, oline needs to be addressed as well as wr/te in the draft but he's definitely got the talent, good one coach
The receivers are playing a lot better too. A lot of Jordan’s misses were due to the receiver now being in the right spot. Love plays better on time and in rhythm but he throws to where they are supposed to be not where they are.

@@packers12to80 I think o-line is the top priority next draft. Unfortunately we can't trust Bakh and next season will also be his last with us.
@@ProfJoaquimOliveira Agreed. Even just in this video, which was mostly great plays, the number of times the LT in particular blew it is notable.
Over the last 5 weeks. Jordan Love has a 90 PFF grade. He is in his bag and it’s so beautiful to watch
Yessir was looking for this
As a die hard Packers fan the play at 20:15 was definitely a little lucky but it was gutsy call on 4th and 1 and the execution was absolutely flawless.
Very young team with a lot of promise moving forward.
at minute 21, doubs looks like he was looking back flat and looked up when he was Wicks staring him down and pointing.
Lmao looks like it. Good eye!
As a Packers fan we appreciate you sir !!!!! Jordan must’ve been watching these🫡
Another awesome video man, you’re doing a great job dude!!
He's a STUD!!
As a huge Packers fan, at first I hated the pick of Love when we had Rodgers, but once I saw him in this preseason I knew he would be great. You could say I love Love.
Sorry babe, I can't. New Jordan Love QB School just dropped.
I personally think 26:30 was love trying to get rid of it, had a blitzed screaming at him untouched off the edge, just throw it as far as you can to the guy your looking at, didn’t have time to get set, didn’t get to scan the field
Jordan looks better every week and I'll say the same for you J.T. ! Your multi-colored telestrator game is on fire!
@@AcidWords1Dillon broke a man’s ankle last night! He’s a load fo sho
He’s shown so much great stuff .
This is the first game Love has demonstrated consistent good footwork on virtually every play. If he truly is getting better here he may well indeed be The Guy.
"I threw a pick on a similar play "
Ah that sucks man
"Think it was Woodson "
No shame in it then, dude just does that to people
😂😂 fr tho love the anecdotal stuff it's cool info
If you didn't feel the 10VE yet, you do now
always like hearing your opinions good or bad every week and packers are my team it exciting to see what happens next
Great channel
,AJ was open on the flat for a first down on that long one to Daubs love the way you caught his eyes ,would you ever consider doing one of the older super bowls the Pack was in?
He throwing to 2 rookie tes, 3 rookie wrs and 2 2nd year wrs, Malik Heath, dontayvion wicks and Jayden Reed been clutch
Love was absolutely spinning it!
Thanks JT
Crazy how opinion changes in literally a month
LaFleur and Co have been prospering lately. We gotta remember they are missing one of the best LT in the NFL & Aaron Jones. They have rookie TE’s starting, & all their WR’s are from 2022 or later. Thats impressive. Youngest team in the NFL!!! Jordan Love might win an MVP in the next couple years.
Great analysis as always
I really enjoy the QB School lore, despite not being your finest moment
DBak making his absence beinf felt by the OL
Tom Clements is the GOAT QB coach if Love continues to improve like this and ends up in the hall. Long ways away from that right now but it’s wild how much better he has looked these past few weeks.
This is my second time watching this. Lol
The content is so good
Here we go!
3:30 bro getting pick off by Charles Woodson is a honor
Haven't ever clicked on a video so fast 😮
amazing video, thank you.
JT rocking the Bootleg shirt… one of us, one of us, one of us
On the 4th and 1 since he let it go when 87 and 9 where running the same way do you think the safety could have thought he was throwing to 9 on a corner?
When he settles and continues to put drives together instead of throwing bombs often he's a good qb, oline needs to be addressed as well as wr/te in the draft but he's definitely got the talent, good one coach
They just drafted 2 tightends and several receivers. All of which are playing great
@@Arobisme wouldn't say they've been playing great, but getting enough done. ,given the time up front love will excel.
(5:10) So, youre allowed to hold a TE (85) for 15 yds?
If it isn’t Love why do I feel this way? Why does he stay on my mind? NE GB version.
Was there just no communication on the left guard on that one ? Why wouldn't he know he has to squeeze down?
B-52's song....Love Shack. Lifelong Packer fan
Not sure if you noticed, but Love actually had to kind of hop over Dillons leg on that first TD to Watson.
The receivers are playing a lot better too. A lot of Jordan’s misses were due to the receiver now being in the right spot. Love plays better on time and in rhythm but he throws to where they are supposed to be not where they are.
