Officer most of the time, use recharge command, officers presence and bounty hunter. Best cards in the game IMO for officer. Specialist is situational, you can use him on the beginning of Naboo, crait and hoth.
You have 90% Damage reduction so your basically invincible during claw rush. Grievous’s best ability is claw rush so that’s why you use cowardly retreat. You get more health than what the team can takes from you.

If your lightsaber is on, the enemy team can spot you on the map.

why don't you use your middle ability?(it's pretty effective in hallways etc.)
you end up losing more health than you take. claw rush is definitely more effective
