What about the original Capri of 1961 - 1964. Forgotten cult classic.
If Ford had used the Cortina or Taurus name, then the car would make more sense as that fits the profile. Instead they make a car that looks more like a Polestar 2, than a European two door coupe.

Awful,,,,,I had a v6 Essex engine capri ,,fishnet recaros,,,Ashley stainless exhaust,,,,all the usual "trimmings" ,,,loved it!!! What this new thing is I never know,,,horrid
