Well that answer my question on the cam , so everything is blueprinted and balanced is a flywheel lightened if so how much does it weigh ? It's been a while since I worked on a Volkswagen so I'm sure they got all kinds of new Goody's , I mean when I was working on Volkswagens the biggest motor out there was a 2180 and there was only a handful of people use in turbos because there wasn't too many people doing that it will all about 48 Weber's baby , or delardo carburetor's
I don't know much about the class 11 you have to run a stock motor ? If so could you get away with with just like an eagle 100 cam and regear the transmission ? To get just a little bit of an edge on the competition . I've never raced off road and any classes . only with family and friends .
It's funny you're showing a pedal assembly I'm a very first Volkswagen I ever owned at 17 I didn't know about that stopper piece that keeps the clutch pedal from going forward and I drove around for a year every other day that damn clutch cable would go forward and I'll be honest I really jacking up the back of my car pulling that Wingnut off and the pedal assembly and put it all back together I've got pretty damn good at it , the kicker is I worked at a Volkswagen and Porsche shop and I thought I knew everything ! But with my boss told me what I was missing I looked at it when I'm like oh my God , I told my boss 2 months ago I was cleaning out my car vacuuming the rugs and that piece was in the front driver side on the floor it must have came up and I threw it away I felt stupid in front of my boss .
you guy's are so Lucky to have so mini quality resources, Never move to Florida . you would be a shank out of water lol , the West coast is where is all the trick vw's are at
I just want a class 11 bug for blasting mountain/ fire roads and winter madness on the northwest coast as I travel/ camp and go commercial fishing for my funds🤟😁
Definitely want to see how you go about building a cage, hoonigan really did not show to much of your work when you built scumbug with them. For me that whole video could be just watching fab-work.
The arm action will be limited just enough to stop that from happening. (before it bottoms out and just befor fully extended.) as not to break the shaft or pull the ball joint completely.
Taking out the extra time to do the extra things are so worth it! Keep up the good work!

With the King Kong Adjuster does it work with a swing Axle or only with Irs? I could not tell with the sway away web site.
