Yeah, I know they're aren't weeds, but they don't look good with my town so I always pick them.
I think she ment 4 leaf clovers as in the ones that you pick up and you can place in your house, wear as decorative item, etc. Normal clovers do count as weeds
esme normal clovers don’t, when you do leifs weed picking clovers don’t count towards it.

I had a perfect town... once. I let my brother play, and said he could keep my game. He misunderstood and thought I meant forever. So he made his own town. When I saw him playing, I asked where my town was. He said he deleted it, and apologized. A LOT. I laughed it off, but I really wanted to cry. I JUST GOT PERFECT TOWN ;-; . I have a new town now, and it's progressing well.
Oh gosh >.< Sometimes it's annoying how only one town can be saved to each game!

-Didn’t look up anything except a furniture list that I printed so I could highlight all the furniture I owned
-Stopped playing because I left the game at home when I went to Europe for 3 weeks and was depressed

+JobeMinacum I've seen perfect towns with one of those items that might negatively effect it before, but some more work might need to go into the town to get the perfect town with a trash can :P
Thanks to your advice, today when I turned ACNL on I had a jacob's ladder growing near my cliff! Unfortunately I couldn't go to Isabelle because it was Earth day. ;(

The flower ONLY spawns if you got a perfect town (or if a friend gave you one)

Great video as ever Crystal! You forgot to mention you HAVE to talk to Isabel for all 15 days so you can not get the perfect town and don't play for 15 days to get the watering can.

I think they mean that you can't go a day within those 15 days without playing for a least a few minutes.
I just skipped the days. Barely any weeds cuz that one nature thing. Got the gold can. Your argument is invalid

I started my town in December and started getting Jacob's Ladder flowers a few days ago. I didn't even know that I meant I had a perfect town until I watched this! I didn't even know what a perfect town was so I clicked this video and found out that my town was perfect!! Thanks!!

This guide TOTALLY helped! But, I'm having trouble on where to get certain items and where to place my flowers.
Ok but like what about the rest of us that cant afford a switch so they went back to their DS's for New Leaf but nothings new so they recreated their world only to regret it but their also lowkey happy they did it but now they dont have anything but it doesn't matter because things are the exact same as when their 10 year old self left it 4 years ago so now this small minority of people are just sad.

Hilariously, I actually got Perfect Town without even trying to. I just randomly noticed Jacob's Ladders growing one day and I was like "Huh, that's neat :o"
Even then, I didn't realize what it meant until I looked up if they could breed into different colors.

My feedback from Isabelle is:
It seems that sown(my town) is starting to gain some attention as a popular sightseeing destination.
I hope they continue to work hard to really keep revitalising this town! Eek eek!
The survey also says sown has good balance between natural areas and developed areas.
However, citiezens think the town still feels a bit barren overall, an additional development is desired
They’d like to see you dedicate more time on public work projects ( I have 13 public work projects )

Unless all 10 contribute a MASSIVE amount to your town, you have to keep building more until greenery becomes the issue
Saaaame I have so many but Isabel always complains about it being underdeveloped when I have one of the most developed towns I’ve seen

I know this video is really old but i really need help with this. how do I get past the "you need to put more time and work into your public work projects" from Isabelle. I have over 14 (excluding museum upgrade, dream suite and brewster.) and I don't know what to do to get past that.
@@ellz9_ yes i did!! i believe u have to have deleted a public work project, or have enough trees. thats when my jacobs ladder popped up but idk it might be different for u
Getting perfect town is easy in New Leaf compared to Wild World. Still to this day can't do it for that game.

Try searching for weeds around your town and maybe start cutting down some trees and getting rid of flowers, if PWPs (public work projects) are part of the problem, consider removing some.
Hmmm I can help you out with this you start picking out your garage or weeds but got a tip for you go the re tail that will increase to get the perfect town
I lost my first copy of animal crossing and after watching this I realized that my town was a perfect town and I don't think I ever knew!

Yes they do!! I can answer with 100% certainty, they sadly do. I like decorating my town with them and lost my perfect town status until I picked most of them up.

Try placing down lots of flowers, if she still says the same thing the next day then put down lots of trees.

I only have a few fruit trees and all my trees have been replaced with bamboo. (The bamboo shoots in the ground don’t count as trash!) I still got a perfect town, and the golden watering can. Also, making it a chore to go around everyday and dig up all the bamboo gives you lots of money!
Everyone seems to hate bamboo, probably because it seems very annoying as it spreads! But, just consider this! (People also seem to forget about it. R.I.P bamboo. XD)

How many trees, weeds, and flowers do you have?
You need 110-200 (I think) for trees
Less than 10 weeds, or none at all
Also 75 flowers is what you need
It seems you have more than 10 public work projects so you're fine on that.
PWP's that have illumination like the street lamp, can prevent you from a perfect town

Im here in 2023 I have new horizons but after my ACNL save got corrupted I couldn't let New Leaf go so here I am watching this tutorial, I also lost a letter from my favourite villager hamlet, the letter he left me before he left my village that happened a month before my save was corrupted, i never felt such sadness after losing a game save until I lost my ACNL save. Losing your ACNL save is like losing a part of your life that you worked so hard to create.
I know that feeling all too well! Losing a AC save hits different because of the amount of time you usually put into it!

I just resented my acnl in an attempt to get a perfect town! This guide is so helpful and your town is beautiful! Just two questions- how do you stop villagers moving in/ how to make them move in in a certain space and does a perfect town rating make it less likely for villagers to move away?

Racheal new leaf is okay but new horizons is A LOT better. If you really want to try and you already have a DS I say go for it, but if you have to buy a DS and the game then it’s not worth it. :)

Thanks for the video! Sounds like a challenging but doable goal! I love acnl but it's hard to figure out what goals I want to work towards. Sometimes i feel I'm just aimlessly playing. (Which is mostly the reason I like these kinda games 😂)

You don't need all that stuff to have a perfect town! Your town is perfect as is. Only thing you need are the natural works projects!! Seriously..
worked for ages to get a perfect town and never achieved it, then i stopped playing for 4 months, checked my town out of boredom today and all of a sudden i had jacob’s ladder and freaked out lol
I had the perfect town... I was so proud that I invited a few people, one ruined all the flowers and trees, and kept on growing shirts and pants and trash around. This happened a week ago but I'm still sad about it..
Unfortunately people can be dumb sometimes, hopefully you get your town back to the way you had it!

I play it very often bc acnl welcome amiibo came out when I was 4 and we always loved it but the battery broke and we had to restart my house is fully maxed out and im working on the perfect town. The only thing I look up is the stuff for gravies fashion thing to unlock her😂
