    Pharma City: Can be moved a bit further into Karnataka. Mega township will be created in its place where people will live and walk to Gachibowli for work every day.
    Airport Metro route will be a benefit for high population old city people who never take a flight.
    111GO: While this is so near to the financial district and gachibowli, residence will not be permitted because people can walk from mega township in kandakur to Gachibowli.
    Overall great news for real estate.

      its worst decision ever taken for real estate....without employments how mega township will develop???? without metro from gachibowli to shamshabad why middle class people will travel by car to gachibowli for work??? 111GO is of no use and it should be given to common man for investments at cheap rates....pharmacity cancellation is a big bluff by congress and they will loot by keeping in a place where they have lands ......its a total worst decisions and hyderabad progress is halted

    Moving Phama city integrated location to remote areas will be a big blow to Hyderabad due to loss of employment. Why pharma companies will even bother to set-up in telangana and operate from remote areas?

    Your theory on Mega township and Metro in Kandukur is a fiction or fictitious. It will be useful for creating graphic videos for youtube. It never happens. Organic growth mostly suitable local residents. When metro was materialized application will be more.

      The upcoming davos sunmit will decide the future of kandkur dont celebrate too early already kandkur is growing organically reasons 1) west is costly and they went too far next best only option os sout i.e, bangl and sreeshailam highway north has high forest zone (2)already world trading centre, electronic park os there its expanding, adibatla it sez nearby airport foxcon rangareddy collectorate aerospace park plastic park already starting....only thinh govt should do is try to bring as many as it companies to pharmacoty lands and create mega township lands is already ready it will grow organically

      @kandularahulkumar7883 investment in Hyderabad by locals ( telugu) is only 15 percent. Remaining 85 percent investment by NRIs and rest of Telugu investors based on growth perception. If industries and employment is not there no out siders will invest. Best example is land rates in Amaravathi before Jagan Reddy coming to power sold 45K per yard are now people are struggling to sell their plots for 10k.

    When heavily crowded areas like Patancheru, ECIL, Hayatnagar, Bowenpally, Medchal, Mehdipatnam, Gachibowli, etc are not connected by Metro. How Metro is possible/ feasible to connect Kandukur. God only knows?

    Good vid! RE has got a great future under Revanth. Even tho' he is from the corrupt congress govt, he is very DYNAMIC and seems to be sincere towards the progress of the state. Most pockets, except pharma city area are good for investment now itself. Maybe another month of waiting time to see the dust settle down regarding the doubts in RE industry.

    Dont buy in Sri sailam highway. Already huge losses for investors. No one will stay 50 kms from employment. Pharma city cancellation is blunder

    Not good idea to cancel Pharma city. Hyd has an pharma and life sciences eco system and it would have created the needed boost in this segment. Who is stopping govt to build townships. They can acquire land and build it and why to use pharma city land. Pharma city is meant to have townships plus the employment. How is it even possible to acquire such big land parcels in a new location for pharmacity. When govt calls it a polluting industry , how come public/farmers wont protest there. The pharma city is aimed at zero effluent discharge which means the discharge water will be treated.

    111 go positive effect u said will have on chegur and thimmapur which are 35 and 45 kms resp from neopolis... But chevella is just 33 kms and it is also after 111 go...

    Moving pharma is a great move,see how Isnapur bores all polluted in pharma,for investment better to look at south,west Shankarpally to Chavella and Shankarpally to Indrakaran roads

    Sir,I lived in magarpatta city for 3 years .To simulate that we need to set up IT companies within the community to walk & work .
    I don't think any such statement was made by terming it Mega Township.
    Further even it's simulated it does not require 19000 acres .500 acres should be fine

    i don't understand why people are so exited about pharma city ?? pharma city will only be formed when there is a requirement for more manufacturing of drugs. the whole worlds capacity was able to cater at COVID time, i am not sure if this industry will grow

      Simple, discovering and manufacturing drugs in the western countries is expensive so will be outsourced to India similar to IT. Pharma industry is bigger if not same like IT industry and has a zero carbon emission policy with latest technology.

      @@whataretheodds6355 it's expensive because the environment laws are stringent, that's the reason everyone imports rare earth materials from china. not that they are rare. here in India they bribe babus and release everything into nature. look at surroundings of patancheruvu. in the nights the smell can be observed even till Wipro circle in last two months

    Housing is impractical without any employment nearby.... Mega township and Metro is just useless & just in news to ramp up prices and not let the market fall... also I'm sure metro will not materialise till kandukur since there is no need for it now

    Baseless information....pls prepare well .....only IN Congress government land rates will boom ( ex _ ORR 2014) RE is in down trend since 10 years, atleast we can see upward trend in coming years, next five years 150% to 300% hike in RE in Hyderabad..

    I feel shankarpally, mokila will boom as land bank is limited with GO111
    Tukuguda villas are already costly... People interested to buy.
    Pharmacity prices are cheaper but inflated investors are back step with nothing much development
    I feel land bank finished till ORR with high rates 50k/ yard.
    Who buys at 50k/yard ... They try to buy at 20k/yard ... Investors move from ORR to RRR land soon..
    We die one day without enjoying fruits of real estate... That's Indian mentality... Savings savings on land... This is the only reason where people get money from real estates

      Don't think so, with congress we won't see proposed IT Sez in Kollur in near future. So NRIs or locals won't show much interest in Mokila. So it might take long time for Mokila to Boom as the prices are already at Higher side.

    Pharma city got dumped due to lands of trs people in and around, so no development in and around kandukoor and parancheru, medchal.
