Sir it is the same vegetables named as chow chow, i have spent a long time in chennai as well as in himachal pradesh, the main difference in hilly chow chow is the little spikes over the skin part whereas in south indian chow chow the spiky skin is missing, that is mainly due to climatic difference, thank you
Everything is good but being a local I dnt like the way that the food owners charged him very high price for every food item They charged him 150 rs for that simple simraya... Why are they charging them so high..just because he is new to our place means u will charge him rs 150 for just for simraya.. Restaurant owners it's not fair from ur side.. Pls stop this unfair means.. It doesn't suit us.. That green veggies simraya hardly costs rs fifty in expensive place like Gangtok . Food owners pls stop charging them like this... If these kind of activities goes on then there might come a time when there will be no more tourists visiting Our place... Keep it in mind.

hi sir i could feel your pain in youtube silver plate video so here are things which i feel 1.people always want something new , also their taste frequently changes , but dont worry untill your content is good they will keep coming back. 2.they subscribe once they love u but forget to watch regularly and full video as busy in own life 3.make food and places to visit in separate video jisko jo dekhna hai woh dekhega hence 2 videos benefit in a week and interlink between them ki is jagah ka yeh food famous hai ya iske pass yeh food milta hai 4. food ke ek baar main 5-6 item bhale 2 video daal do food ke in a week thus people will get more of you with short videos and wait for next part of the video eagerly 5. emphasis on local food unique to that place food , not common food which is avlble everywhere untill they are really famous or must have 6. video should be crisp , 5-10 sec intro and move to food place and plz plz dont display images or reveal at the start what we are going to watch in video let the thrill to watch be there, giving detail in description is enough after reading there is excitent to see which is killed when you tell at the begining.

In Maharashtra we also cook mutton with skin and fat and we also don't use any fancy masala ingredients we just use ginger garlic paste, read chilli powder, onion, salt and turmeric powder but of course lesser oil bcz while cooking fat releases it's oil .... Specially we cook this dish in our farms when sugar cane or rice harvest season is over and mansoon is just arriving... We ate mentioned dish with steamed rice and for rice we cook curry which we call russa in Marathi language ... For russa recipe is same but we add more water in it and bone marrow...

1.people always want something new , also their taste frequently changes , but dont worry untill your content is good they will keep coming back.
2.they subscribe once they love u but forget to watch regularly and full video as busy in own life
3.make food and places to visit in separate video jisko jo dekhna hai woh dekhega hence 2 videos benefit in a week and interlink between them ki is jagah ka yeh food famous hai ya iske pass yeh food milta hai
4. food ke ek baar main 5-6 item bhale 2 video daal do food ke in a week thus people will get more of you with short videos and wait for next part of the video eagerly
5. emphasis on local food unique to that place food , not common food which is avlble everywhere untill they are really famous or must have
6. video should be crisp , 5-10 sec intro and move to food place and plz plz dont display images or reveal at the start what we are going to watch in video let the thrill to watch be there, giving detail in description is enough after reading there is excitent to see which is killed when you tell at the begining.

In Maharashtra we also cook mutton with skin and fat and we also don't use any fancy masala ingredients we just use ginger garlic paste, read chilli powder, onion, salt and turmeric powder but of course lesser oil bcz while cooking fat releases it's oil .... Specially we cook this dish in our farms when sugar cane or rice harvest season is over and mansoon is just arriving...
We ate mentioned dish with steamed rice and for rice we cook curry which we call russa in Marathi language ... For russa recipe is same but we add more water in it and bone marrow...
