Great video - i'm going to try this myself next weekend once I source my parts. 1) did you have to use new adhesive for the 2 white panels? 2) what was total time to remove/install from tear down to completion? I did this on my maserati 5y ago, so now looks simple enough per your guide, thx!

How did the speaker grille come off? Tabs? Prying it?
