Knuckles's abilities like gliding and wall-climbing are common abilities in most games where he's playable. His burrowing moves are based on his abilities in Sonic Adventure, while some of his normals like forward-air and forward-smash are from Sonic Battle. Other moves are taken from Sonic or other characters, and some moves like back-air seem to be completely new creations.

I don't think you'll see this but I'll say it anyways: Mario's forward air's clean hit (early hit) acts like Dr Mario's (strong but not a spike) and the late hit is like melee Mario's (weaker but spikes).

Hey i think i know why ur game keeps studdering, whenever you first load up any game in dolphin the game has to register every animation at lest once. Since this was the first time you booted the game up none of the animations where loaded, I would recommend just going to training mode with every character and doing every move at lest once.
