There's a Somewhere Over the Rainbow quality to Aeris's Theme that really encapsulates her story arc. She is the only surviving member of an entire civilization. And she is the heart of the party, pierced through the heart. Normally a non-interactive UA-cam lurker but you've really caught my attention.

Wonderful playing! My favorite FF7 piece with the main theme motif is Words Drowned By Fireworks (during the date scene). My favorite FF7 piece with the Aerith motif is Flowers Blooming In The Church (during the scene when Cloud crashes through the church ceiling) No real reason I mentioned. :)
At work, reading a book and walking around the office to get some exercise. The only thing that can make it better is having this playing in the background :-)
