The above mentioned bill means : In the process of abortion if accidentally a baby is born alive instead of dead , the doctor or the mother, no one has the right to kill that baby anymore.
Our vice president voted against that bill, which means she was in favour of killing the baby who was born alive accidentally !!!

Abortions should not be allowed in this day and age past 6 werks, when the baby has a heartbeat and can likely feel pain. Pregnancy tests widely available OTC now that can determine pregnancy before a missed period, even. Then an abortion pill can be used to end the pregnancy in a more humane way, but hopefullybefore 6weeks.
It's not the 1950s. It's 2024. There are so many options for birth control

Abortion is a controversial topic in itself, with advance in modern science, even18 weeks fetuses a lot of them survive with neonatal rescue, that's why the argument of how many weeks should be stopped is controversial and it will always be.
