- It is time for this month's Patron's Choice Deck Tech, but my Patron's were indecisive this month and they needed a little nudge to decide. In the end, General Ferrous Rokiric ended up being Commander of choice, which gave me the opportunity to try building under a really cool deck-building restriction.

I love this because last night I sat down and designed my own gold only Ferrous deck, and once I order it I’ve high hopes for the restriction to make it flavorful and fun!
I like the way that you actually describe the abilities on cards you showcase in your videos, most channels just asume you know what all the cards do already.

According to Scryfall, there are just over 21.5 THOUSAND different cards legal in Commander. No one is going to know all of them and I have no clue who will know what. Just gotta play it safe and cover the bases (though Sol Ring and Arcane Signet often get a slight pass).
If i wasn't so attached to Quintorius, I would dump my Boros investments into Ferrous Rokiric! Always seemed deceptively strong, and this build really capitalizes on it. Great work!
As a person that for the longest time was not interested in Boros Commanders, Lorehold really knocked them out of the park. No shame for Quintorius!

Getting tokens for casting spells always seemed to be a UR thing. I'm so happy they are testing it in other colors.
I think the deck should really have Sacred Foundry and Alpine Meadow, if not only for Duergar Hedge-Mage. Cool video.
I'm right there with you. Like I said in the video; the quickest and easiest way to upgrade this deck is to pay more dual lands. I'm wary on playing too many tap lands like Alpine Meadow, but there is definitely room for a couple more.
No Neyali and Blade Historian for the sweet double strike?
