Low key, I really like this job. I started yesterday. The only insane thing is, they put us all on pick to buffer and I tell you… it was insane trying to grab a million packages off the chute 😂
@@1paperrouteSo far so good. I think the difficulty is getting up at going to work at 1am overnight . Our “training PAs”were basically useless since we learned everything on the job. Of the group of 20 I started with , I’m the last one left. The job itself is EASY, you just got to move quickly . Management is firm but fair, they don’t BS, they basically say get the job done and go home. Most permanents there understood how difficult can be on the body , but the consensus is to not let that be an excuse to move slower 😆 I paid the price by moving at my normal fast pace, and having to help other stragglers that been there for years . Overall, easy job, unrealistic pick rate numbers and no day is ever the same in regards to pick to buffer / stowing. Some days are good, some days are bad and some days I question why I chose Amazon.
@@1paperrouteyou’re assigned based on what the needs are that day. Today I was stowing 4 aisles , I asked for help , and got it . I hope I’m pick to buffer today , last night was not very fun, impossible to keep up

@finkledo great! And do you pick the stowing position or are you assigned to it?
