Yeah they got limited amounts of Times to draw
Most of the time they have assistants that help them draw backgrounds and other details. All of those mangakas work with weekly or monthly journals so expecting them to do all of the work by themselves in such a short time is just unrealistic and plus not every artist is good at drawing everything, some have stronger qualities and architecture/nature is something you need to learn how to do. Fun fact tho, Oda, the creator of one piece, has a university degree in architecture, that’s why a lot of one piece locations are just straight majestic ✨

I want to becomes mangaka, but I am afraid to fail. I am sacred of be not perfect storyteller, character creator. I want that my first story will become legendary. But I am afraid of obstacles that can make me think about leave this dream and do something else. Plus, I am afraid of culture misinformation. Wrong ideas, wrong influence.
I always look at other authors not only mangakas but other YT artists. They are always be better than me. My skill seems to me not improvable at all. I am inspired and just crushed by their fantasy and drawing skills. In addition, I always want to be popular, and this shit wont happens in 98% percent of all chances. Other normal job remindes that my places in this world there and I will never be like these creative people. Of course, they can be wrong, they also have failures, but people understands it, plus they have some motivation to go through this dark periods. I dont think I can do this too.
