Thank you for this video full of information. Better explanation than my teacher , tomorrow is my exam and you cleared the topic easily and now I will get good marks . Thanks once again
Estos vídeos me encantan porque son comoa animados y uno entiende muy bien este fue mi punto favorito del vídeo me pareció muy fácile de entender 1:12 . Gracias.Bye
Best of luck to you!! By the way, "win" isn't a natural verb to use with "exam." Better choices are: pass my exam, ace my exam, nail my exam, or get a good/great/perfect score on my exam. Hope that helps!
Be careful! This one is "more careful." Only two-syllable adjectives that end in -y take -er (and y changes to i). Other two-syllable adjectives, like "care-ful," take "more."
Good question, Nathan. Adjectives never modify verbs. It's adverbs that modify verbs (e.g., in the sentence "He runs quickly," the adverb "quickly" modifies the verb "run"). Adjectives modify nouns and pronouns, so in that sentence the comparative adjective "taller" is modifying the pronoun "she." It might help to think of adjectives describing nouns. "Taller" is describing what she looks like in comparison to him. Hope that helps!
This video is better than other comparative adjectives videos
Thanks a lot, Ahmet! What a great example sentence! 😄

If the adjective ends in an e, we take the E away and add er! For example: large becomes larger!
That's right!
This video is in English. But it's very easy to understand.
We're happy to hear that!
Thx to explain❤❤❤
You're welcome 😊
The exceptions mentioned in your class are reffered to as irregular adjectives.

Great job!
I'm watching this for my demo. I have to teach this grammer to a random class!!!!!!
Best of luck! I had to teach the present perfect tense for my demo, which is such a tricky tense to teach.

Be careful! This one is "more careful." Only two-syllable adjectives that end in -y take -er (and y changes to i). Other two-syllable adjectives, like "care-ful," take "more."

ohh good vibes in video on fire this is smoke and cars

I ❤ this😂.
The inland taipan is approximately 23 times venomouser than the Indian Cobra.
Good try! But "venomous" has 3 syllables, so the comparative form is "more venomous."

Wouldn’t “She is taller than him” be a comparative adverb because “taller” is modifying the verb “is”?
Good question, Nathan. Adjectives never modify verbs. It's adverbs that modify verbs (e.g., in the sentence "He runs quickly," the adverb "quickly" modifies the verb "run"). Adjectives modify nouns and pronouns, so in that sentence the comparative adjective "taller" is modifying the pronoun "she." It might help to think of adjectives describing nouns.
