All you need for this DIY is crepe paper & tape. I have used red crepe paper & white crepe paper to make this christmas decorations as a christmas candy theme decor with red & white.
In this video I have shown you how to make fringe crepe paper streamers which we will use as a garland to decorate the lower decor and besides this I have also made crepe paper bows and ribbons for xmas.
This is a christmas backdrop in red and white theme which can be used as a photocorner or photoshoot studio setup.
Besides as a Christmas decoration this wonderful backdrop can also be used as a birthday decoration for birthday party and as a wedding party decor or as a wedding anniversary decoration. It also very beautiful as a love theme valentines day decoration which you can use as a surprise decor for your loved one.

Para el lazo de cinta hice la medida de 16 x 21 cm.
La hoja de papel que envuelve el moño mide 5 cm y la doblas 0,5 cm por dentro.

Uhhh what is the folding technique for the crepe paper before cutting? I'm confuse of how to fold it now.

The crepe paper came prefolded like this when I bought it. Mostly the crepe papers come folded or rolled up. No matter which one you got, the most important part is, is that it is long enough for your desired length. All you then have to do is mark & cut the paper to your desired width.
