No the TV does not have an inbuilt mic for that but you can use it through the remote

Looks smooth ui performance wise. Does it lag? Did you face any issues untill now?

I use Apple TV 4K box so I don’t use the TV UI that much. But where I did I found it to be good. Nothing can beat the fastness of the Apple TV though.
