Dear friends,
In this daily village routine video we are baking most amazing traditional sweet bread in tandoor that is called Sheermal. The speciality of this sweet naan is crunchy , CRISP and nutty out side but sweet and juicy inside . It is so rich in term of flavours and nutritional value cos lots of desi ghee and slow cooked milk is used to create that royal flavour of Mughlai cuisine, that is why commonly it is baked on the festive or some special occasions.
We think When the Sheermal is baked in the house it becomes a festive like day in itself that does not matter it is an officially festive day. Sheermal can be usually stored for couple of weeks and served with tea and can be eaten any time of the day when ever you crave for some sweet and crisp stuff.
