Hi there i actually came here to say i watched your family affair episodes and thought how sweet you your little one and your mum and dad are i loved it when at little ones first birthday your mum was choking up with love i am older generation and followed your mum and dad for years i had my opinion on your relationship and felt uncomfortable with that man but you snd your mum and dad great i feel like that with my daughter and grandson all the best for you ❤
Positivity around birth is so important and this was positive. A good explanation of a caesarean section for other women, but knowing you can have the synthetic hormone drip without an epidural is important to know so that others don’t feel pushed into an epidural should you not choose it. Chloe is right, people do talk more about traumatic experiences (so so sad that so many do have negative experiences) and it is just as important that people should feel able to talk about their positive experiences too. Chloe - have you looked at your strength work, pelvic floor and the relation between that and your perineum? Optimal Birth has done a body of work around this topic if you were interested.

I am not that involved in British TV as I am based in Germany but I think Richard and Judy were on the podcast as well right? The story of the two boys and them being TV presenter together sounded very familiar 😊
