I love you Nigel. I am 79 years of age, classified as disabled with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia as Osteoarthritis. One of my symptoms is that I feel the cold terribly. I have an electric blanket for bed, one for sitting to watch tv and we now find that we are worse off now than we were before. I worked until I was 65 years old when I could hardly travel to my workplace. My husband worked until he was 65 years old. We've always paid everything that we should. What have we done wrong to be so penalised ? I am ashamed of this country - I'm going to throw away my passport and 're enter this country illegally and let everyone else look after me.

He’s the same as the rest of them, reform don’t associate with the working class. Who does Nigel and the rest of them think gave them their seats in parliament? Now they got them, they don’t associate with “us”.
She didn't mention the immigrants once but said that they will fund Ukraine for the next 3 years to the tune of £3 billion a year and beyond if needed and can't give pensioners a mere £300 for heating.what a bloody joke
He was until him and tice turned on the patriot Tommy Robinson, who has Britain's best interests at heart while these politicians are all just in it to line their own pockets and get those sweet bribes and payments from the Islamic sugardaddies
Caller spot on with immediate denigration of anyone who works hard and makes money and chooses private education for their family. etc It is politics of envy and communism.
Starmer has yet to be taken to court over the VAT on private school fees. As far back as when Kinnock was Labour leader, he was told by Labour's legal team that he wouldn't be able to get away with it.
We are still waiting for the electricity to go back down from when they hiked it up at the beginning of the Russian war but I think everyone forgot. Then the companies knocked on their electric rises onto food remember that's why we have the term cost of living.
I agree with small busness caller, as I ran my own small busness in Australia (Soft-Talk)prior to returning to UK in 1994. Contrary to opinion of many, small business owners are rarely wealthy. I certainly never was, and had to work hard just to stay ahead of competition, and largely relied on word of mouth despite the $40,000 advertisement costs per quarter. I know all to well the overheads in operating a small busness, which includes making risks to stay competitive, and failing could cost everything to point of bankruptcy, which I should add never happened to me thanks to loyalty of my customer. Small business are the backbone of any economy, and should be supported. Well, that is my opinion for what it is worth.
Raised 40B but they need 70B to just run the country in general according to the OBR Themselves....a complete joke, and not a word about stopping the boats!.
I am a Security Manager, recruitment has just collapsed. And the Cleaning Manager is going back on the tools, as the minimum wage spike makes him 32p an hour better off.
As a hard working immigrant living here for over 60 years ( I can honestly say, I am scared Reform MP’s will deport every immigrant in the UK) Jenrick and the Tories is the only option for me
No Michael, that is not ever going to happen to you, whoever in government... 60 years of paying in your more British than some British.. its NOT all immigration...
Immigrants who have integrated and worked hard for many years are loved by us. It's the recent Illegals and those that deliberately won't integrate and observe our culture, many won't even learn our language, don't want to work, just live off our benefits and many are criminals. They are the ones who are not welcome.
Only ones that are illegally entering UK would be deported. If you have integrated well and been here so long I think you are safe. Yo7 would be classed as British by now.
Dont talk absolute tripe .no one wants to deport legal immigrants but just as you would throw out anyone who just walked into your house uninvited there must be some deterrent for people who have broken into the country.
Employers always make those claims when it comes to wages and nmw. Truth is noone pays a decent wage in the uk, everyone is gouging wages and paying basic rates, whilst making insane demands on sale prices and then wondering why they all go bankrupt. Serves them right, all of them.
A penny off the price of a pint, BIG DEAL, that 1p is basically a tiny fraction of 1% because the average price of a pint is or was recently £4.79p per pint according to the ONS. So glad I don't drink. This budget is not one for growth, less than 2% isn't a big enough barrier to stop the UK dipping into a recession based upon firms surviving and tax revenues being drawn out of them in one form or another. And YET, our governemtn STILL throw £BILLIONS out of the UK in foreign aid and war chests!
What’s Nigel on about… saving a quid a week on beer due to the penny cut in duty. I’m pretty sure pub goers haven’t let Nigel put his hand in his own pocket to pay for his own pint since Brexit! Starmer, on the other hand, seems to be barred from just about everywhere up to and including the toolmakers arms 😂😂😂
Hopefully they will reform NHS before giving it a penny more and please don't waste my money on not dismantling it from the top down. It's not the doctors and nurses it's the pen pushers and fat cats,at the top. Let's look at what the actually do and why do we need so many?
Hackney North MP is Diane "2x2 = banana" Abbot, so he's probably right about her doing the crap mathematics, she's already got a reputation for being stupid with figures. I Love Lee Anderson in the background facepalming at that jibe :) - Oh lol nvm.
Fartage did praise the Truss budget after all. Sums up his financial acumen. Of course, he can’t help but have a dig at a black MP. Oakeshott of course is an ignoramus writ large. She promised Brexit would improve all our lives.
When you’re trying to make a point by asking a question you should make sure you know the answer. You obviously don’t and have made a fool of yourself 🤣

Agree fully
Where on earth are all the MPs. What a disgrace to see an almost empty parliament. BP

Totally correct, increasing the minimum wage in tough times means less jobs. What was Rachael Reaves thinking of. What does she have a degree in?? BP

We all know none of Labour have got any business experience, and are too proud to ask for help - typical Labour trait...
Tax threshold way too low pensioners ie state pen and low pay no tax for these groups would not needed so much help till more hours more pay

Like I said before, when reform speaks in the house of parliament, look, there’s no one there to listen
But the people do hear and listen…via GBN, Talk TV and the many many social media channels.
The money going to the NHS, it will be gobbled up in pay claims by our wonderful doctors and nurses.

When you raise the minimum wage, all hourly workers get a raise. It’s a business killer
NHS does that include the amount for their pay rise
