I have the same sight pusher. Just replaced the rear sight with a sig warranty replacement. I masked off with painters tape the sight pusher contact points with the slide . I also masked off the side of the new sight that had contact with the sight pusher. Didn’t need the vise but just took my time and made sure the slide didn’t miss align.
@@Fb6.Nan0I got a new front sight because mine was dead. If you broke it it's up to you, unless you can win an argument saying it was a defective item.
Drawing the lines is a great idea. I’ve done several glock sights but only the rear is dovetailed so I was curious how to center both front and rear sights on the 365
Great video. Only thing you missed was the Loctite. When pushing in both you should have put a single drop of loctite on then wiped off the residue after.
Of course my sight pusher doesn't have that little dovetail notch for my front sight. Thanks for this though. Here's hoping I can get mine out. The rear rights just won't budge for me.
Its super easy….just take your time when pushing it out and make sure your pusher grabs the bottom of the site (that slides into the gun slide) so it does not break. I have also used a bit of penetrating oil on other guns that were extremely tight. Thanks for watching!
Uh... Dont those sights remove from RIGHT to LEFT ? He just removed them from LEFT to RIGHT? I've Groogled it and consensus says RIGHT to LEFT to remove. Am I missing something?
Just ordered but the sights in the daytime or just normal room light don't seem to glow much at all. I have to go into a dark room with lights off to see them. Did I get a bad one? Yours seem to glow in the video in the normal room light but maybe cause the camera light is on them?
Old sights = B or C. New sights are a solid A. This is the 3rd set of TruGlo’s I have placed on a pistol. The front sight is so easy to acquire in any light!
On my p365 the glow of the front sight disappeared after two months and one of the rear sights got damaged after I gently dropped the gun. I used TruGlo´s on other pistols and they are far superior than Sig Sauer sights.
Dunno if you guys cares but if you guys are bored like me during the covid times you can watch all the new movies and series on InstaFlixxer. Have been streaming with my brother recently :)
I had a set of TruGlo's installed but I evidently ordered the wrong ones because the front sight is elevated above the slide by about 1/8" inch so poi will be too low. What is the part/package# please?
SIG says in one place sights go out right to left and go in left to right. Another place says they can be removed either way but are installed right to left. :(
My 365 front sight went dead about a month after I got it. Evidently alot of people are having the same problem. Called sig and wasn't real happy about the way they dealt with me on the phone. I don't want to go thru their BS sending photos of the problem sight and sending the slide off to them. I'll get my own sight and put it on myself
@@charleshill9236 Bummer! I just bought a new 365a week ago and didn't notice how dim the front sight was, and how the rear is almost completely out...guess the store lights were so bright it screwed me up. Hope Sig will replace them as this is a bad omen for the gun, in my opinion.
Had my P365X for about 6 months now and my front sight completely died. Apparently it is a widespread issue. Stock Sig “x-ray” sights are trash. I’m ordering a set of these TfX Pros and installing them myself.
@@sluggonotnancy6178 I wouldn’t even bother. You’ll just have the same issue shortly down the road. Just invest in a quality brand like TruGlo or Trijicon instead. Especially if this is a carry firearm for you. I won’t be staking my life on stock Sig sights that’s for sure.
Man having live ammo laying right next to you while working on your firearm made me cringe! Just a suggestion keep the live ammo somewhere you can't reach while working on it

Great suggestion re: painters tape to protect the slide.
how does the warranty work? i dropped my macro on the rear sight and needs to be replaced

Great demonstration! I was a bit nervous doing this but this video gave me the confidence
Glad it helped!

Thanks for watching.
It's funny how I set sights, forget the process (busted!) and then watch this video all over again; and call it a job well done 👍
Thanks for watching!!
Would have been nice to see what it looked like without the brightlights in background.
This video was absolutely fantastic.
Thanks for watching!
Great video. Only thing you missed was the Loctite. When pushing in both you should have put a single drop of loctite on then wiped off the residue after.
Great point!
did you use the blue loctite or the red?
@@trev_tonice22 Not needed but blue would be better to use as red is considered permanent. In reality red can be heated to remove..
I did the same on all of my Glocks. After they were installed I checked the sides using verniers.

Good luck and Thanks for watching!!
Cool video and nice clean shop set up.
Thanks for watching!
Went to two gunshops today and both of them told me they can't do it. Guess I'm buying a sight pusher and doing it myself

Yes…they glow day and night.
What grade (A B C D F) would you give the original sights compared to the new sights? Very nice how to video.

Hey, thanks for the tutorial, it was awesome. Where can I buy the side pusher. Thanks.
Thanks for the comments. I bought mine on ebay....$50 i believe.

Man...all those tools on the table, I thought he was about to fix a car.
Gotta have tools!!
I really liked the how to, I learned a lot! Thank you! Would have like you to have taken it to the range and confirmed it's accuracy.

Great job. Thanks
Thank you. I appreciate the comment!
I would be curious to know if the p320 rxp suppressor height sights would fit on the 365
What exact pusher tool is that, brand? Name? Amazon? Link? lol sorry
It’s a generic one I found on eBay for $50. Thanks for watching.
Hi, can you tell me what model number is the truglo sights?
Gracias
I believe it was TG13SG4PC.
Does the 365 factory rear sight have a set screw ????
I don’t think it does. Thanks for watching!
No it doesn’t I found out

The TruGlo’s are a bit taller. I have had to learn to adjust....but not a big deal. Thanks for watching.
@@TheHappyLife-h7b I have TruGlo's on many guns so I know how they are. The rear sight on my Sig. is fine. The front sight is my issue.
What brand is your sight pusher?
Its a generic brand I found on either Ebay or Amazon. Thanks for watching!
Will this work on a 365XL?
You should reach out to Truglo to verify. The packaging only said P365 and did not specify the XL. Thanks for watching!
Same sights
Is that an SK ratchet handle?
You think it will fit the p226
I am sure they make a model# for your gun. Just check out the TruGlo website.
SIG says in one place sights go out right to left and go in left to right.

I go in the direction of the ejection port. I have done that with multiple firearms too. Thanks for watching!
Truglo night sights are 100x better than sigs night sights.

my sig 365 sights lasted 3 weeks. replaced on my dime. hk,cz,fn next time

6 font 8 rear or 8 font 8 rear
You have to decide. Determine what pair was on your sig and if you liked it or not. I don’t care for 6/8 so I install 8/8 sights.

Hey... the Navy taking care of our boot camp issue guns.... we used eraser and pencil!
We used hammer and chisel to adjust them sights... !
are there 8 front and rear available?
What sizes are the front and rear sights?
They were specific to the P365. Check the TruGlo website.
@LetsTalkRitaDinnoo will these fit the 365x macro?

All x Sig guns that are red dot ready hold the rear sights on with two screws from the underside of the slide not a dovetail
