Mashallah, I just want to say that there is no such thing as second umrah, you can't do Umrah again unless you leave and go to miqat and do Ihram again. What you can do instead though is do Tawaf, but you can't do a second Umrah.
May Allah accept Umrah for all of us.
Maybe they went out to go to Meeqat and do the whole Ihram with Niyyah and Umrah again ^^
It is possible to go to the meeqat and do a second umrah. Ask your shaykh for more info

etc.. It has become for some a tourist destination like Dubai. In the past it was the trip of a lifetime, now it has become "mundane" limit, thereby losing this very sacred character. May Allah accept her umrah, increase her faith and open for her the gate of Jannah amin.
