    If you use it one arm at a time it will be more arm and shoulder and less back. Grab the square posts above the handles to get a better flex at the peak and also takes allot of the bicep out of the movement.

    Why do all training videos show average size people demonstrating it. This guy doesn't even look like he even uses it or if he does not very heavy or to failure or he would be allot more muscular or larger.

      He mentioned the incline press as a push movement to balance out the pull movement.
