Overall it's a mid ranked university. Program is reasonably good & has excellent scope across the globe. Yes, there are ample job opportunities in UK although it's not very big. But on the good side, since it's a Niche area; the number of students opting for these type of programs are less. You have to put consistent & focused efforts even before the academic class commencement for getting into a good career. All the best.

Medical & healthcare programs have excellent job opportunities irrespective of the universities. Do make sure the chosen health segment program leads to the respective licensing if that's applicable. ULAN is good for health sciences programs. All the best.

Can you please share ur opinion about Msc health data science programme in Swansea University

Overall ranking of the university is excellent. Research on the subject wise ranking, alumni & facilities in the chosen department.
But my point is - A data scientist is able to find jobs in almost every segment. On the other side, the options for a health data scientist is very limited. A normal data scientist can work in the health segment too, but a health data scientist couldn't enter any other segment.
After all, just research & convince yourself in indeed & LinkedIn the number of openings for this role at this moment.
Curious to know your reason to choose this program !

Actually I completed Bsc Biotechnology and wanted to do my masters in Bioinformatics. When I applied for Msc Bioinformatics in Swansea University, they replied that I'm not eligible for the programme and offered me a seat in Msc Health Data Science

Although Portsmouth is a mid-ranked university overall, their country wise ranked has grown consistently in the last 3 years. I think their Business School is AACSB accredited* with reasonably good facilities.
But you have to think & grow at a different level to prepare for landing in a high paying job/career. All the best for the mission🙌✌

In UK it's a common program. But it's a promising career around the globe. Country & University selection is the first major task. The second 50% task is the preparations by the student during & after the course.

Ranking is one of the important parameters. Alumni network, research facilities, quality of professors, industry tie-ups, other partner universities etc. are some of the other parameters.
