I pulled a 4g63 just from watching youtubes, the stuff around was keeping the tc out of the way and using an angle bar to slope the motor and gearbox to get it to clear the frame

Mixing coolant isn't "catastrophic" they are just designed for different engines and tin the long run it leads to corrosion in the engine. Put the coolant the manufacturer recommends. So mixing green and orange isn't as bad as just putting orange when it supposed to be green.
You should get multiple shelving units around the shop and you can put all the parts for each car on its own shelf so they are all in one spot and you don't mix up parts

One of those LED tvs with the yellow LEDs along with the rgb ones. There's colours i didn't even know existed! First thing i did...tossed on the glow in the dark flooring video
Not sure if you have had anyone contact you about the motor, but given its history in the midwest and North Dakota, and the number of nice pieces you pointed out in the last video, I actually wonder if this car was pretty built and went down for Texas2k or something but blew up and got sold off down there. Probably sent metal through a nicer turbo, so someone tried to get it running on the Ebay turbo but gave up when they ran out of money. This is a just a guess, would be interesting to get the real history on this build.

Put the white evo where the yellow one is that lift should be dedicated for engine builds as its closer to the working area..
