In a sport that requires significant buy-in to compete, many aspiring pros have to put down their bikes simply because it gets too expensive. Increasingly, riders with full factory support have the advantage over privateers like Jeff Walker, Blake Baggett, and Justin Bogle, and are the ones winning the most races. But the love for the sport will always prevail and so the passionate ones will get creative to chase their dreams as long as they can.

Mr. Walker said it. Once its in you, you're hooked for life. The truth!
No need for negativity
Nothing like racing, even at my slow 50+ woods b level.....well maybe trials, that is pretty cool too with less risk.
@@markmtbrider - at 63 and still hooked!!! Long time no racing, bad knees and herniated disks will creep up after years of racing. Cheers!
@F. Lares - you are doing better than me bud, my wife prohibited me from owning any more bikes. Sad!
@F. Lares - LOL!!!
YAAA Jeff Walker getting some more recognition. Classy dude.
Yes he is, so is Bagget if you meet him in person. I rode with him after Lorettas when he won Superminis....I was on my 450 and he was lapping my fat ass...mind you that year he was the fastest lap out of all riders despite being on a 112cc two smoke little bike. He could turn so much better than I expected in person. TV doesn't do this sport justice at all. I also watched him quad a jump (the 4th bump was right at a 180 turn) and the little bastard made it every lap. I merely sat there and watched him over and over, then realized I don't have the stones to make that move...yes my bike had the power and probably the ability to make the turn, I just didn't have the guts to turn...(yes I was a fool and went for the quad and then blew over the berm as I was shocked I made it). LOL Damn this sport is addicting, and once you do it, no matter your skill level, you are hooked.
To Mr Walker and to Jeff big ups for what you guys are doing. Love Jeff's channel on UA-cam. Wish you all the best for the future👊
Thank you Ross!
@@JeffWalker84 Make more videos man wtf

Spoiler 2020 will suck
@@speedpilot lol I was thinking the same thing. If they only knew what was in store for 2020
“Hooked for life” Is a powerful line. !! Well put.
Love rediscovering these videos! Man, we sure do miss you in the sport, Blake! Wish you nothing but the very best for whatever your next venture is. Loved seeing Jeff and his dad! Can't imagine trying to do this for a living. I simply do it as my passion!
Walkers dad seems cool af. Need to also give some support to his exhaust mechanic
Jeff Walker. You are one awesome dude and im so glad you are getting some recognition. I seriously think you will get a ride with a big team soon and you so deserve it. Was lovely to see you and your dad enjoying racing. Thats how it was with me and my dad, it was in our blood and we lived the passion. He's gone now but i still ride, just miss him being there. Keep pushing hard my friend and props to your dad, he is one awesome guy. I will keep watching your progress from the UK 👌
Jeff walkers on this wtf, so proud of my main man.
Walker definitely deserves the recognition. Dudes rad
Christopher a lot of motocross riders deserves recognition my friend it is a tough sport
So true once your hooked it’s for life I am 53 and I went and got a Honda 450
After not riding since I was 17 there was not a day that went by that I didn’t think about this sport it’s in my blood I love it so much they say that before you die your life flashes before you along with the memories of my daughter motocross will be there I know
Once you race even of its local am races it will always be part of your life I raced local and regional around Florida Georgia and South Carolina and I played baseball as a kid o never think about baseball all I remember is racing
So cool to see Jeff, we'll see him on podium some day!
Jeff Walker what a guy
Wish I had a girl like that to support me .
I wish you had a girl like that to support me too.
Trust me they want nothing but your time how can you give them the time they want when you spend more time on the bike. Yeah she supports me but one of these days she will sit down with me and lay it down that this can't continue.
Walker!!! Getting the recognition he deserves!
So sick how you guys gave Jeff a a opportunity to show his face in the sport! Love RB
soooo good toooo short got to wait toooo long for the next ep
J walks the man really hope to see him on literally any team with all this recognition!
My favorite series on UA-cam for sure. Just hate how long this video took to get out. Happy that’s it’s here tho!
So cool to see that they got Jeff on to talk about the privateer life! Like honestly don’t see it enough and all the behind the scenes stuff for each rider is amazing! So much respect for those guys! 🤘🔥
when people tell me hockey or football or any stick and ball sport is expensive I burst out laughing... Motorsports are insane costs! Just to become an amateur even
So awesome seeing Jeff in the videos!
Amazing series! Big fan of Blake and his wife!
Much respect to all these guys and gals ....tough tough sport to be in for a living. I'm a weekend warrior and will ride till I can no longer twist the throttle
Big Jeff walker fan hope to see him get in another one of these videos he could use the spotlight once again
Man I really hope that Jeff Walker will shows these factory riders some dirt in the face.. Walker it will be all your one day keep pushing it a little more every time.
What a fu@%ing awesome episode! Congrats dudes on an amazing mini series! I appreciate Blake and Jeff even more now!
Motocross racers are a different breed of humans..
I could watch that all day long and never get bored of it. Cheering for JWalk ! This Dude is awesome !
Blake is badass „ Im done with the interview!“ 😂😂😂😂😂 Love it...Make the episodes an hour long pls
6th is a bad day. That's insane. I would kill to take 6th overall at a 450 Pro National.
Sleapy not when you put in as much as these dude! they work there asses off not to win would be pretty heartbreaking on the weekend
Good work Redbull, great to see the sides of the pro and the privateer and the families behind them, cheers.
i really hope jwalk can make something next year
Best days of my life racing mx with my father by my side and as you get older you realise memories mean everything to you and money means nothing !
Jeff walker 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Everyone who have riden a dirt bike will love this. And some will have this burned in blod. Love the work.
Once your in you're hooked for life is the best statement. Think I'm gonna go hop on my bike now and shred a bit. Great inspirational video and insight on the riders and what they go through.
Such a good series, love this thanks redbull
LETS GO!! J-walk in the cut
This episode out of all them really hit home. Between Jeff Walker and his dad and Blake. Being a privateer is tough as hell working 40 to 50 hours a week then riding and doing all the stuff that goes with that and maintaining relationships with friends girlfriend and or wives is exhausting but day in and day out get out in those woods or to the track and you do what you have to do. Much respect! No one know the struggle of being beat down to the ground but getting back up to keep on fighting...
I am a racer and fan but....my kids are getting tennis scholarships!
Amen brotha!!! After “giving it a shot” through the 50’s, 65’s and 85’s....I’m now teaching him how to play golf! We still ride and local race for fun. If ur kid isn’t wearing an “energy drink t-shirt”, because he’s paid to, by the time he is 10 years old; time to refocus priorities.
Steve Bloom objectively hilarious 😂...kinda sad if true....don’t be like the boomers and close doors behind ya 😏
Jeff walker, what a legend. Getting recognized
If Honda would bring back the Honda CR 250 and 125 2 stroke I'd buy both of them
I always liked JW, but Mr. Walker is legit!!!
Wow what a fantastic intro!!
Jeff walker= grass roots to the Bone. Love these episodes!
These episodes are incredible. Keep up the great work.
Damn, I miss racing! Life's never the same when it's all said n done
#greatestsportintheworld
i really liked seeing jeff walker in this one
the music choice was awesome the last 2 minutes gets you going
been watching these all day
Damn i figured the mechanics would get paid a little more. Love to see Bogle dominate this year!
I'd love to make 4-5 grand a month. Sign me up
@@dirkharvey Shit i make that as a machinist in a small town and I'm home every night and barely have to do anything

Baggett must have an awesome agent, & banked his bank. Cruising around his riding compound in a $200k D9. Living the life, that's awesome to see a good guy like him doing well.
TY--- brilliant video thank you.
There is no sport like it . But there is life like it
Glad Jeff walker got some recognition. Can you guys do an interview with Eli Tomac though?
Why?
Hell yeah jeff walker
Jeff walker is the most chill dude!
A starting gate at the Nationals w/o Chupacabra is INCOMPLETE!
Love these videos
Jeff Walker and Kevin Horgmo Motocross the Private Dream Team
Big up JEFF putting in that work
Jeff Walker seems to be charmed. How the heck did he land this spot in the renowned RED BULL MOTORSPORTS video series? I mean, I love what he's doing, and his channel, but he doesn't seem to be on the level of the guys that usually secure these spots. But hey, more power to him, and a big congratulations.
kings17court Agree but he’s been doing some heavy networking lately and sometimes that’s all it takes. A good personality and knowing the right people. 👍🏻
Love it! 👍🏻
Welcome back
Man I love Blake, such an inspiration of not giving up. Sorry I had to roast you Blake haha
Can we just take in the fact jwalk was in front of Webb
Very good video!
THAT'S AWESOME!!!
I LOVE my sport, I love the people that make up my sport. God bless and keep keep you all. 🔥💗🌉😇🤗😎😎☺️👍🏽😏🙏🏿🙏🏻😂🙏🏼👍🏻💞💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💞

You got passed.....that always happens to me when I dont hold the throttle open enough, long enough....guess what ,they are better at racing at motorcycle than me.....
get up and be ok'be happy'and win the race'
Jeff walker 😊🤘
love dady walker
Hooked for life, without a doubt!
I would love to be like that some day I'm already working hard for my goal red bull your great I dont drink it because in 12 but wow
Drink water and isotonic drinks, don't start drinking red bull or other sugar energy drinks or stuff like that
@@mongomongo9789 just water is the best, hydrates and is healthier than all of that stuff
What I have learned and seen is if there is one trick that seems to be crucial it a rider peaking physically at the same time he gets good equipnent at the right age mentally and physically...which is tricky when u have factory teams that give u a one year chance to show your brilliance before they replace u for a more consistent rider is either winning or right on the rear tire if first place consistently and now the bikes have all gotten to a superior level so the playing field is more equal and that means at the top level your not just fighting 5 guys in your class now everyone has a good bike....I think that has made things more challenging then anything else....THANKS
Кайф, до мурашек.
Honestly I couldn’t have a serious conversation with Bogle..Damn god gave him skills on a bike but sacrificed his voice in the process
Bagget has the golden ticket in his hand for his future. You're a qualified heavy duty equipment operator. Not many people can operate a D9 Dozer. Once your throttle hand gives out put it on a joystick and make money that way.
Yeee Jeff!!!
Keleigh is the only thing in any room she ever walks into! Great for Blake....rare for us....we need more like her.
Bogle doesn’t need to worry! He can always play Batman.
xD funny
Still have to laugh to know exactly who Jeff’s dad was talking about when he said his dad was going to sponsor the kid down the street 😂
great video
Yeah it's crazy to train and think your ready and it's a whole different animal on race day.
I'm a Blake fan! Go Baggett Go!
Godspeed
I'm not shooting will to race but bringing it and leave it on the track because in America are talent pool is incredible, something I never realized till I worked at a shop and worked with a 7 time Loretta Lynn's Champian who was transitioning to his first Pro race and the other really tough part is 15 or so factory race bikes and riders,u have that to hill to climb u better believe in yourself when u hit the Real Pro ranks ur racing champions from the first moto of your career to the last one u best believe in yourself that's the beginning...
Dear REDBULL. I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart for your videos on our sport and this amazing series but do you really need to monetize your output?
If Bogle would get his conditioning down and get comfortable he could run top 5 no doubt
My godfather is a two time german 500cc champion won the youth nations with team germany back in 81 or so and rode up to an 8th place in the world championship. He was a maico works rider but only for one year, later he rode KTM, Kawasaki and Honda works bikes.
He was in the great position that he had inherited a contract of his father's with a local company. He got good money for any win, second and third. Also back in those days the clubs gave him start money if showed up as he was an international rider. So when his calendar was free he went to france or italy. Start money, three races, three purses plus sponsoring money, plus a fixed contract with the brand he road for.
Though the visitor numbers back in those days were completly different, too.
Going back even further, my granddad was a european vice champion in 1957 a two time german champion and he won some 120 international races, including namure. He was a DKW and later a Maico works rider. Back in that day being a works rider meant that he had to work in the factory just as any other dude, porting engines and assembling customer bikes, but he got his bikes for free. They made their money from price money, he'd race in up to 3 classes in a weekend, 175cc, 250cc and also 500cc. And they had real masses at those races, he rode several times in front of 100 000 people.
Big up Team Walker
Blake's doing alright nice piece of dirt and all those earth works machines aren't cheap
Got the code to bagget’s ranch now👌
Remember when cooper rained on the green pitty party well first jermey martin rained on the green pitty party but then cooper did those were some times.
Pitty party?
JWalk!!!!!
Yeah their no doubt it takes a special breed but commitment is just the beginning....
Just wondering what Mr Walker dose for a job he said it’s really stressful. I am a lineman so I can feel his pain with stress one wrong move and your gone from the world. I have had a love for motocross my hole life good luck Jeff love watching you race .
Thats a great career bro!!! Stay safe on the track and those lines
He's an ER Physician
You too buddy
I could train a guy like a Jeff Walker and make him physically fit enough to win, I don't know if he could handle it though. And Blakes wife: That's a real women right there, and super cute to boot.
