why did kumuyi say that Abraham and Sarah are the great grandparents of both muslims and Christians? In what sense? Abraham is not the biological ancestor of nigerian muslims, neither is he their spiritual ancestor. Abraham is the biological ancestor of arabs but not their spiritual ancestor. and the spiritual part is far more important. Abraham's only spiritual children are Christians, even unbelieving Jews do not qualify (John 8:39). So, on what basis does kumuyi call Abraham and Sarah the joint great grandparents of muslims and Christians?
