"Gag Order" by law stays in place until the trial is COMPLETE. That happens to be until AFTER sentencing.
The debate happens to be befoer sentencing, thus that gag order should remain.
That is the only way Biden could win sounds like the judge and Biden had done some behind the door talks. This is why everybody sees this was a justice system working for the democrat party.

There really is no need to even bring up the convictions of Trump. People want to hear what either is going to do for the American people. I think people are tired of hearing about Trump or Biden, people want to hear what their plans are for the future.
Trump has made his ideals clear while Biden only yell Trump is racist then gets confused again. Biden has nothing but the same bad policies that put us in the mess we are in.
Trump just wants to smack the people responsible for holding him accountable, and to do or say whatever it takes to stay out of prison. Judge Mershan must treat Trump like any other citizen, as Justice is the Same for All. Justice is blind, it is given without fear or favor. I don't care about Trump, I care how the law is APPLIED TO Trump. The world is watching this Judge, in how he sentences Trump, we too, in America how he will apply the Law, without favor.
