Pop flies are the worst!
But how do we avoid them?
Well, there's a lot of mechanical reasons we can hit a pop fly, but there's one main swing flaw that promotes pop flies above all else...
... and that is improper hand path.
In today's lesson, we are going to show you a drill that will start zeroing out your hand path so you can start turning those terrible pop ups...
...into solid hard line drives and backspin driven balls!

It’s less about where on the ball the bat hits, but more about where on the bat the ball hits. Swinging up on a ball but squarely on the barrel of the bat results in more homers or liners than it does pop ups
