Awesome birds! Have you had any birds that just fly away and not come back? Have you ever had any complaints from your neighbors regarding the pigeons? Thank you 🙏
I really never had any issues with my neighbors. I’m a quiet person and I mostly mind my own business and I’m also a Handyman/Plumber and when they have emergency issues I’m the go to guy for help.
I had a young kit and they use to go strait to the tree when I let em out. Sit there about 5min then they would go up and get it in. Kit very well. Just starting to come into the roll and then hawk season came in top of me havn that virus come threw. Lost everything I need that summer between bop and virus I had one left that I pulled out the air early when she was bout 5_10 ft because hawk got her brother. Red grizzle off my "LOA" family and a "RK" rec red cock bird..... Her roll was so perfect as far as style good speed as well but she was only 10ft at the time but I had to carry somn over from 2023😂
Wow that was heart wrenching. Don’t give up hope. I have finally figured out what is the right time for flying. Hawk season is here in Brooklyn from late August through early April so I fly my baby kit from mid April through August and then they get locked down and those flown birds will become young breeders for next season since I only fly young birds. Stay safe and in touch
I'm in my 1st two years for the second time breeding birds. I'm not having a lot of luck with breeding. I mean I may get a solid round but second round always hit n miss....
Ah man that is so not fair, is there any way I can help you with your breeding process , let know and we can figure it out for you to have a successful breeding program.
