seems like u covered mostly jose valdez arrangements with ease. more power to you. BTW are u using a pick up or mic in recording the audio. As far as the video, did u use 2 video cam at the same time while recording and the video/audio software u use. Thanks.

Relax and breathe before making the shift. There is always tension/stress when shifting positions so you should be conscious of this and relax just before the position change.
