Dear Michelle, Please never make yourself feel small, each & every person is capable of being magnificent in their own unpiqueness.
Starting point;
Self-Love: Everyday make it a new habit of standing in front of a mirror & saying to yourself "I Love You" out loud (at the minimum of 4 times a day, more if you can. Don't worry no one has to know unless you decide to share with them, I personally recommend that you share with others after you successfully do this for a month because you & others around you will see the transformation to you shining from the inside out ).
