For Lance Reddick

We lost the beloved actor Lance Reddick a couple of weeks ago. He was only 60. I remember him improvising at the grand piano in an episode of Bosch and I thought, “Not only is this dude one of my favorite actors; he plays sweet piano sounds as well.” This song is dedicated to him. “For Lance Reddick."

That piano scene from Bosch was one of the first things I thought of when I heard he passed away a few weeks ago. Such a memorable scene, revealing the humanity of both his character and himself the actor. He was great and is gone too soon.
